Beautiful rooms and excellent customer service. I will definitely stay here when I'm back in Denver.
Great location, clean rooms, nice coffee and cocktail hours, friendly staff! Would recommend and visit again.
HOWEVER - I hope that the exec level team sees this - this location needs to hire more staff coverage and/or managers.
I came with a group of my employees for business and they were unable to check in prior to my arrival, despite there being a card already on file. The reason given was that the manager was off on a comp day (this was the middle of the day on a weekday) and they couldn’t access the card information without a manager present. This is a huge issue when it comes to corporate travel, with everyone arriving at different times.
Additionally, I ordered breakfast delivery to my room the night before, and it arrived almost 45 minutes after the window with no heads up on how late it would be. When I called down they said they were short staffed. When it was delivered, it was 1) incorrect and 2) brought by a manager which to me indicates a staffing issue.
Everyone I interacted with was kind and courteous! I just wish that they had the coverage and support they need to ensure proper guest service.
We just stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed our experience! Every front desk staff member was extremely friendly and accommodating and room was spacious.
Beautiful hotel! We loved our room
Its was clean
The staff when i called one night wasnt helpful. The guy at the desk at night. The day time staff was nice and super helpful
I booked through my Travel Agent bed and breakfast. Every hotel requests a credit card upon booking in. I booked out after staying 1 night, to my disgust I was charged for my breakfast and $30 for an amenity fee! I didn’t use the gym or anything else in the hotel, I even moved my own luggage, this hidden cost is very deceitful. I had handed back the card to the room and was not told about these costs. The hotel does not have an email address to send a request for a refund.
There is only one service lift operating, the restaurant was closed for a private function which resulted in me having to walk through congregating people near the only lift which is next to the restaurant.
The bed was comfortable, good wifi, nice staff.
Probably not what you would expect from a Kimpton, but everything was solidly average. Staff and service were exceptionally nice though and helpful. On a positive note, they are replacing their guest elevators so all of the complaints on previous reviews would likely not apply in the future. The bad news is, we had to use the service elevator or the stairs. That’s fine. I can excuse them for that. Shower pressure was a bit weak or the showerhead was a little too water saving. They promptly placed our pillows upon request with more comfortable ones so that was great. However, the view is absolutely abysmal at least from our room, onto another office building, which was maybe 15 feet from our window. It just made the whole roof seem very dark and dreary.
Loved the ambiance and style - our room was so nice and spacious

Night staff
Excellent stay all around. The customer service was top-notch, the room was comfortable and spotless, and the extra amenities made the experience even better. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about their guests. Highly recommend and would gladly return.
Location is perfect for walking downtown
Getting older
Drake at the front desk was wonderful and so helpful! and the wine hour and bourbon hour and happy hour plus dinner and drink credit are really cool too!
Now I'm loathed to leave a negative review but here we are. I have platinum status with IHG. This was not recognised at check in which isn't the end of the world as I do find it a bit cringey when they thank you for your loyalty. On checking in I requested a 2pm check out. Which on the day of check out I verified, and it had not been actioned. Now I was only able to get a 1pm check out which caused me to have rearrange my plans. Quite inconvenient.
My room had a lot of road noise, quite considerably dark, opening the curtains meant the offices next door could look straight into my room. The heating in my suite did not work, or was entirely inadequate for its sole purpose of heating the room. I informed reception of this issue who promised me it would be sorted out. It was not. So was rather cold in a large suite.
My keycard stopped working at midday which required FOUR trips to reception from my room to rectify wasting another 15 minutes of my time. All in all this was my worst stay in any IHG hotel in the world. I would say maybe it's a Kimpton thing as I prefer staying in Intercontinental's but the Kimpton Bloomsbury in London is exceptional. I suspect it's this hotel and its rather lackadasical approach to their customers. Others have seemed to enjoy, and good on them. I'll never stay here again, and my next trip in a week to Canada has been switched from IHG to a competing chain based solely on this experience.
Also only one lift works! Genuinely a shambles of a hotel, very poorly run. No doubt there will be a generic feedback statement after this apologising and offering to reach out. To make it better... for all concerned, I'll just stay somewhere else..
I felt ostracized. I’m gay and it was obvious they don’t like gay.
To my fellow family, find a property where you are welcomed.
We had a great stay thanks to Hannah at the front desk. She was SO understanding, friendly, kind and helpful. If it hadn’t been for her I don’t know if we would have had as good of a trip. Thank you again!
