Our room was lovely and had a fantastic view of the castle. The hotel itself is beautiful and the location is perfect. Would definitely stay there again.
There was a smell of sewage in our room and the lobby of the hotel. There were not enough elevators to support the number of rooms/guests so we often had to wait long times to get up or down.
Prestigious hotel with large modern comfortable rooms, and very friendly staff
Nothing
The staff were just amazing - so personable and helpful I cannot praise them enough.
Location was perfect for us - and the room was immaculate. A wonderful destination
Nothing - it was all perfect
The restaurant, the staff, the room
The entrance lobby
Reliable. All was as it should have been.
Nice breakfast, nice pool, room was comfortable.
Long wait at times at front desk.
Fantastic surroundings, and central location
Spa pool was cold
We actually liked everything about the property. It’s been a little time since I had the pleasure of staying in The Caledonian and I was delighted with all aspects of our stay.
Having to leave! 😊
brilliant room, stunning view of the castle food was generally great
Breakfast was cold on the sunday mornig.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with a stunning historic building and lovely interior. The room was beautiful
We had issues with the power outlets as there were no European sockets available. The reception staff was friendly, but unfortunately they could not help us and we had to go out and buy an adapter ourselves.
The windows in the room were also dirty, which was disappointing.
The breakfast was very disappointing. The staff were not friendly at all and seemed quite unhappy. The food quality was also poor.
Very enjoyable night stay
The service and friendliness of the staff and the general atmosphere of the hotel. The room was dark and quiet at night, and the bathroom was very nice.
The general noise level in the restaurant and the Court. The background music played in the Caley Bar and The Court should be the same, as having two "competing" sources is not nice and can be quite stressful.
Helt utmerket beliggenhet og meget hyggelige ansatte
Litt vanskelig å skrue på lampene
Welcome and location
The sink drained poorly
