Luktet mugg på den eldste fløyen av hotellet, måtte be om å bli flyttet til den andre siden av hotellet pga intens mugg og fuktighets lukt på rommet, Ekstremt dårlig ref håndklær som ble delt ut v bassengområdet, alt var brukt og møkkete og luktet, håndklær ble tydeligvis ikke vasket etter bruk v basseng , vi klaget. Alle håndklær ble byttet ut og personer som hadde med dette å gjøre ble fjernet ,, etter dette ble det utmerket

Excellent hotel and great value too
Pros:

Fantastic suite, probably the best we've ever had. The club lounge was perfect. Breakfast was amazing in both restaurants.

Wonderful stay at Dusit Thani Hua Hin
Pros:

We stayed here for a destination wedding. Room was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and hospitable. Breakfast buffet was a treat with different kinds of cuisines. Plenty of vegetarian options. Loved the location and different venues for the wedding.

⚠️ Warning: Bed Bugs in a 5-Star Hotel

Our stay at Dusit Thani Hua Hin turned into a complete nightmare.

Throughout the entire stay, my partner developed multiple bites on his arms and legs – clearly in a line pattern, which is typical for bed bugs. The number of bites increased day by day. We informed the hotel, but they dismissed it as mosquito bites and did not take it seriously.

By checkout, his body was covered in bites. We asked for compensation, but were told we needed a medical confirmation.

Back in Germany, a doctor officially confirmed bed bug bites. Even after sending the documentation, the hotel denied responsibility and claimed it could have come from “anywhere” – despite us staying exclusively at this hotel.

We were also forced to go through a major cleaning process at home (washing everything and disinfecting luggage) to avoid bringing the infestation with us.

Conclusion: Pain, stress, and significant inconvenience – with zero apology or compensation. Completely unacceptable for a 5-star hotel.
