Beautiful hotel and amazing staff! Highly recommend!!
Pros:

Everything!! The staff were amazing and the hotel is very grand.

Cons:

Nothing to fault as it’s a lovely hotel! The only thing that I wish was made more clear is you can get an early check-in from 6am potentially - we ended up booking the evening before as we were on a red eye.

Pros:

非常にサービスが行き届いており、フロント、コンシェルジュの方、ラウンジの方皆さま素敵な対応をして頂きありがとうございました。
お誕生日祝いで利用しましたが、忘れられない最高の思い出になりました!

Cons:

バースデーケーキと風船の手配をお願いしたのですが、事前にケーキの値段を伺いお伝えした通りに用意してくださいました。しかし、ホテルからのケーキも頂き1泊では食べきれないケーキの量になってしまいました、笑 そのケーキについても一言頂ければ誤算にならなかったなと思いました。また風船も1つ飾ってくださっており、もう少し数を予想してたので詳細を教えていただきたかったです。(メールでやり取りの際、飾り付けの詳細教えて欲しいと伝えたが結局返信なく...)
ですが、たくさん相談に乗って下さり素敵なサプライズを用意してくださりありがとうございました。
