The place to stay when in Manila…
Pros:

The staff is exceptional and even the Managing Director was at the Lobby welcoming guests. Kevin Tsang runs an excellent operation and needs to be congratulated and the way he and his team are running this iconic hotel. Well done everyone.

Cons:

The lack of electrical sockets, USB plugs and what people with electronics need in this day and age.

No Vegan Selection
Pros:

Service is okay, rooms are clean but no vegan options except for vegetable salad, I even made my own dressing at the Gallery Club Lounge. I hope you can be more flexible and add healthier options in your menu specially for the elderly with diet restrictions. Thank you

Amazing afternoon tea (and the best cookies!)
Pros:

We stopped by The Peninsula in Manila for afternoon tea and had such a great time. Both the food and the service were really good. Our absolute favorites from the tea set were definitely the scones and the macarons. But honestly, the biggest surprise was when the staff brought us some complimentary chocolate cookies. I'm not exaggerating when I say they are some of the best cookies I've ever had! Definitely recommend checking this out if you want a nice, relaxing afternoon.
