Stilvolles Hotel in guter Lage mit sehr sehr gutem Personal
Pros:

Tolles Hotel im klassischen Stil, tolles Personal, sehr schöne stilvolle Lobby. Sehr gute Lage in Makati.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre, aber kein Grund dort nicht abzusteigen.

Pros:

The situation in the city its good
The breakfast is good

Cons:

The checking when you arrive at a night flight and the hotel is newly with no lights
They don’t welcome you with a juice or tea or at least offers you some water
And …. In a 5 stars luxury hotel as the peninsula property when you have to take your own suit case to your room try to find the way to the lift and open the room which is of course dark and no ac and you have to understand everything in the room being so tired the bucle of ice was melted in the bath there where no amenities like nice salt to enjoy the luxury of a big bath like tha one was just a decoration piece …. I felt I made a big mistake and I was in a 3 star good hotel
That’s NOT at all the treat any one could expect from a Peninsula property ( I was in the one in Bangkok and of course it was absolutely different experience

Luxury in Makati
Pros:

The hotel was just about perfect - from the rooms to the lobby to the lounge - the facilities were grand! What really stood out to me about this hotel was the service. From the check in till we departed, the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. I highly recommend booking rooms with the lounge access - the breakfast there is much more peaceful than at the restaurant. In addition, the cocktails in the evening are fantastic and easily substitute for a dinner out. They also have a high tea that I partook of just briefly - but another fantastic spread. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel and neighborhood.

Top Manila hotel.
Pros:

Everything. Very convenient location, staff were great, room was amazing and had a nice relaxing time by the pool.

The Jeepney ride is not what advertised.
Pros:

The hotel is spectacular. However, I have to say, the hotel Jeepny ride was not what was advertised. The driver drove us around the block 2x. Did not stop at any historical land mark. Our idea to go to a Market but he said he would only wait a few minutes. For $80 U.S. dollars all we saw were other hotel exteriors and the front and back of a park 2x. He literally went in a circle.

In addition, the lobby, spa, gym, and restaurants are way too cold to be comfortable. I know its warm outside but having to wear multiple sweaters and a coat just to sit in lobby or eat at restaurant is not o.k.

So I give it an 80%.

Gorgeous elegant and centrally located in best part of Manila
Pros:

Elegant old world charm and beautiful. I felt like I was in a movie from the 50’s. Perfectly located and maintained. The service was superb. The only thing is the rooms, they are a little dated and need a facelift.

Cons:

The rooms were so so. A little dated.

Expérience exceptionelle à Manille
Pros:

Grand Hotel avec beaucoup d'espace. Le presonnel est accueillant et trés attentionné. La chambre est grande et trés confortable, le nécessaire de salle de bain est fourni. L'ensemble des services est exceptionnel (spa, piscine, restaurants, bars, salle de sport).
Suite à un problème d'avion (indépendant de notre volonté), nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la première nuit de notre réservation, l'hotêl a accepté immédiatement de modifier notre réservation et ne nous a pas facturé la nuit que nous avons annulé. Je recommande à tous les voyageurs cette expérience exceptionnelle.

Cons:

La décoration est soignée, certains endroits sont moins modernes, mais cela n'enlève rien à la qualité de l'hôtel et ses équipements.

Un bell'hotel ma...attenzione
Pros:

La SPA: ho trovato ragazze molto capaci e gentili, complimenti.
La colazione: decisamente molto varia e di qualita'.

Cons:

Ai tavoli di fronte alla reception c'e' poca attenzione al cliente e personalmente ho ricevuto patatine fritte quasi fredde...molto deludente.
I servizi ci sono tutti ma sono molto cari...es.l'auto dell'hotel per una corsa all'aeroporto costa 9 volte di piu' che con un taxi grab...troppo.
