todo increíble desde que entramos al hotel, el servicio la amabilidad, tuvimos la suerte de que nos dieran un up grade y la habitación era increíble. el precio muy bueno para el servicio que brinda, ah y los restaurant exelentes. sin duda volveriamos

Hundreds of sneaky fraudulent fees

Clean comfortable and good location

Cons:

A huge wedding took over main lobby and floor. CHECKIN WAS CRAZY. THEY CHARGED OVER $200 AFTER I LEFT WHEN STAY WAS SUPPOSED TO BE 34000 PESOS OR about $500 FOR 2 NIGHTS ACCORDING TO BOOKING POSTED PRICE AND EVEN ON CHECK OUT INVOICE. AFTER I LEFT I SEE IN MY CREDIT CARD THE CHARGED OVER 10000 pesos above and beyond in sneaky fees and taxes. That was about $250 above expected and posted fees charged after I left the country. Too sneaky. Not good or NOT honest!

Pros:

Luxury to the tee. A little bit old fashioned interior, but still very nice and maintained. Best breakfast I ever had I think, and service of the staff was superb. Very nice location also, close to airport and walking distance to shopping and restaurants.
