Hotel di ottimo livello. Colazione abbondante, Situato in posizione ottimale (molto vicino al castello di Osaka e alla stazione del treno).

Cons:

Letto aggiunto nella camera da 3 non troppo comodo.

大阪城ホールへのアクセスの良さが気に入りました。キャッスルビューの部屋で大満足です。
チェックアウトが12:00という点もゆったりのんびり出来ました。お世話になりました。

大阪城ホールに近い地の利を得ており、部屋は清潔だが、食事が内容に比してべらぼうに高い。
Pros:

大阪城ホールに行くのが目的だったので、ロケーションがよかった。

Cons:

食事が内容に比べて高すぎる。
ルームサービスのスパゲティがのびていて、3000円。
朝は洋食が満員のため中華かゆにしたが、量が少なく、5000円は高すぎる。
昼に入った地下のうどん屋は、看板に鴨南饂飩の写真に1400円と書いてあったが、3300円。看板は1400円からという意味だと説明があった。誰でも誤解する。

Pros:

Hotel położony jest w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, zaledwie kilka minut spacerem od stacji metra, co znacznie ułatwia zwiedzanie Osaki. Dużym atutem jest także bliskość Zamku w Osace, do którego można wygodnie dojść pieszo. Pokój był cichy i dobrze wyciszony, dzięki czemu można było komfortowo odpocząć po całym dniu zwiedzania. Na śniadaniach dostępny był bardzo duży wybór potraw, zarówno w stylu europejskim, jak i japońskim, więc każdy powinien znaleźć coś dla siebie. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje również personel hotelu, który był uprzejmy, pomocny i zawsze gotowy do wsparcia.

Cons:

Największym rozczarowaniem była kawa podczas śniadań. Za napoje takie jak espresso czy cappuccino trzeba dodatkowo płacić, a sama kawa czarna miała przeciętny smak. Sala śniadaniowa jest stosunkowo niewielka w stosunku do liczby gości, przez co w godzinach szczytu panuje tłok i często trzeba czekać w kolejce na stolik. Wyposażenie pokoi oraz łazienek jest już nieco przestarzałe i wymaga odświeżenia. Zastrzeżenia budzi również serwis sprzątający. Podczas pobytu doszło do sytuacji, w której obsługa przez pomyłkę zabrała czyjąś bieliznę. W związku z tym incydentem personel skontaktował się ze mną około godziny 22:00, co uważam za nieodpowiednie i zakłócające odpoczynek gości. Dodatkowym minusem jest fakt, że basen jest płatny nawet dla osób nocujących w hotelu.

Pros:

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience! Everything was wonderful, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to the staff member Thomas who spoke English and helped us so much with our questions and needs. We truly appreciated their kindness and assistance, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The location was also fantastic! Having both 7-Eleven and Lawson just a 2-minute walk away was extremely convenient, and being so close to Osaka Castle, one of Osaka’s most popular attractions, was a huge bonus. We loved being able to visit whenever we wanted without having to worry about travelling far.

Overall, we absolutely loved our stay here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making our experience so memorable. We will definitely be coming back on our next visit! 😊

Excellent, would stay again.
Pros:

Staff at reception were fantastic, room was good size, clean and comfortable. The views of Osaka Castle was a great bonus.

Cons:

Breakfast is too expensive, I expected my son to be charged as a child as he is a teenager but was charged for adult.
