Stay somewhere else that has Castle Views. Very basic for a 5 star hotel.
Pros:

View was nice but we specifically paid for and asked for a castle view. (Apparently even if you pay extra for a castle view, they can’t guarantee it).

Cons:

The room was basic. No microwave, tiny fridge, bathroom had cracked tiles everywhere and stains. Every time we walked through the lobby, it looked as if we were being judged by staff. Multiple gesturing towards us and then whispering to each other.

Un peu deçus
Pros:

Bon localisation. Belles vues du Château d'Osaka. Proche du metro. Magasin et restaurants à côté. Pratique.

Cons:

Hotel assez viellot. Prix du petit-déjeuner excesive 30eur par personne. La piscine accesible uniquement aux plus de 18 ans et il faut aussi payer.

Super petit déjeuner !
Pros:

Très bel établissement qui date et mériterait une remise au goût du jour.
Buffet petit déjeuner incroyable et rarement vu !
Très calme

Cons:

Housse de couette et couette à revoir (taille par rapport au lit, et très légère )
Il faisait un peu froid dans la chambre malgré le thermostat à 25
La salle de bains est vieillotte et ne correspond pas au standing de l’hôtel

Very comfortable hotel with excellent facilities
Pros:

Spacious room, excellent facilities, very clean and comfortable, very helpful and friendly staff. Nice bar with lovely views of Osaka castle and good cocktails. Near JR/metro station.

Cons:

We tried the Chinese restauran and it was very disappointing. Average food and Rey expensive. No good restaurants around the hotel.
