Fantastische Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist fantastisch, der Ausblick in der Zimmerkategorie ebenfalls. Besonders ist noch die Ausstattung an Produkten im Bad hervorzuheben.
Der Balkon bietet ausreichend Platz und eine schöne Sicht, besonders abends. Die Anbindung an die Mall inklusive Bahnstation ist sehr angenehm, besonders bei Regen.

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption könnte etwas aufmerksamer sein, besonders wenn der Gast an dem Tag einen besonderen Tag hat. Das gehört sich auf diesem Niveau.

Perfect hotel in Yokohama
Pros:

Fantastic hotel. Near everything. The view from the balcony was marvelous day and night. The room large and very comfortable also for working remote. The staff treat you like royalty. Breakfast excellent, with great variety of western style besides the great japanese food. The location with direct mall, metro and bay access is unbeatable. We wish to come back

Cons:

Stronger light is needed in the bathroom for shaving or make up. For such a high end hotel, this is something they should urgently solve.

みなとみらいのベイビューが素敵で快適朝食も良い

海苔も　良い海苔を採用されていた。

納豆も普通の納豆でなくと
美味しかったです

This is an exceptional property - this is the very best hotel we have stayed in.
Pros:

The people were gracious, welcoming, and accommodating. You will not find a more doting staff of personnel. It is very conveniently located by a metro hub and a wonderful variety of shops and restaurants. You could spends days just touring all of the shops. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well appointed. The ambiance was soothing and refreshing. Plus our view of the Yokohama Bay Harbour was phenomenal- we saw our cruise ship, the Diamond Princess, come in to port-what an unexpected treat!

Cons:

There is nothing to dislike.

工作人員服務態度極佳，第三天換房間，會將行李送到新房間。

Cons:

感覺市景及海景房的房間配備稍有不同，市景房的杯子質感較差，吹風機太小。
