I’ll be back.
Pros:

Its proximity to the Minatomirai Station, shops & restaurants at Queens & Landmark Plaza and other attractions.

Cons:

The bay view isn’t the best and the windows are not totally soundproof - you can hear the screams of those on the roller coaster.
The pillows were uncomfortable.

Pros:

チェックイン時に対応してくださったスタッフさんの対応がとても良かったです。バルコニーからの景色も良く本当にゆったりと出来ました。

Cons:

楽しみにしていたメゾンカイザーのパンが、最近焼きたてパンのバイキングに行ったせいか、口に合わず焼きたてだったら良かったのにと思いました。
若いスタッフさんの対応が気に入らなかったです。
