Pros:

Unbelievably beautiful resort with staff that performs above and beyond, the friendliness and the calmness with which the team runs this place is beyond belief!

Cons:

A real kids pool is missing, that would be a great addition to this otherwise amazing family resort that offers so much!

Un séjour absolument merveilleux.
Pros:

Tout y est parfait, de l’accueil chaleureux aux innombrables petites attentions qui rendent chaque instant spécial, que ce soit au bord de la mer ou dans la chambre. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme exceptionnels. La cuisine est tout simplement succulente : les petits-déjeuners sont remarquables et les dîners, avec leurs thèmes variés, sont excellents. Le cadre est magnifique, paisible et parfaitement entretenu. Une expérience inoubliable que nous recommandons sans la moindre hésitation. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Wonderful getaway with great service. Highly recommend.
Pros:

One of the most amazing properties we have ever been to. rolling Green meadows, thoughtfully designed pool area, gorgeous sea views. Spacious villas, great food. Very close to Gili island - 15 mins on boat ride. Staff is outstanding

Cons:

The beach itself is coral sand which means you cant swim in the shallow water or sit on the sand. Being so close to Gili meno somewhat offsets this if you want to snorkel a lot.

Great stay!
Pros:

Very nice resort. Definitely a bigger resort feel (not boutique) but staff were very friendly. The sea was harder to swim in than other places (off a jetty) but you could do some good snorkelling. Breakfast was à la carte but was fantastic.

Luxury resort, great food, relaxing atmosphere.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. The staff were very accommodating & it was nice that they had a couple of activities per day that were included in the price of the stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately I was woken up at 5am every morning due to the prayer call being so loud. Even with ear plugs I was woken up. This is no fault of the resort. But I would suggest that they install insulation to the villa so that the noise is reduced.
