The location is fantastic.
We had 2 large suites and both rooms were in extreme need of repair and better cleaning. Many appliances are dinged up and cabinetry is older and does not function properly. Towels and sheets had holes and dirt marks on them. The views from the room were very poor and it was quite noisy with traffic outside the windows —. Not peaceful at all of you have a window even slightly open. In addition , a large dumpster and storage area was close under our “view” windows and balconies. This made for a stay that was not ideal inside the rooms.
Excellent location with beautiful views. Very clean updated units and courteous staff made the stay very enjoyable
Absolutely everything
Beautiful and comfortable
Everything was great
We come here all the time, but it is not the same. The units are old, and the staff is rude. Marisol is the rudest front desk person. They messed up our reservations and racially profiled someone I referred to a presentation.
The rooms and proximity to the beach are amazing. So comfortable! The suites are great! Parking for one car nearby is ok, but if a second car, can be a little far. Also once we got to the room our key didn't work so had to wait ~45 min until someone brought us a new key. Would definitely come back though!
All good . Good location, very close to beautiful beaches, villas (apartments) in very good condition (we stayed in renovated)
Gorgeous resort!
The beautiful landscape. The ocean view. The swimming pool area.
Love it every time. Was grateful for amenity keys to enjoy the property during the day before flying out at night.
Nothing
This place is REALLY annoying and stay somewhere else!! The pictures are deceptive! I was here for about 10 days for business and family. They really enjoyed having 4 teams of REALLY LOUD maintenance workers at the pool all day every day. They start at 9 am and make sure to do things like blow leaves with those loud leaf-blowers; resurface the pool area with massive machines and completely make a ton of noise during daylight hours all day every day. You can not walk to the beach and there are no restaurants. When I complained to the manager; to try and be constructive and get some peace and quiet; he made it worse by smiling and laughing and essentially saying TOO BAD! The staff here seem to take great delight in ruining the guests’ vacation. I think Timothy was the manager and he was really happy that there was so much noise. It’s as if the workers privately hate the guests and want to ruin their 1 or 2 week per year vacation. Unbelievable. This manager Tim? Should be fired and if they need to do work that’s fine just plan it for like 5-8 at night not in the middle of the if prime sunlight hours.
