When we are visiting family we always stay at this hotel. Staff are super friendly, hotel is clean with nice amenities and the food is excellent! The Brussels sprouts and truffle fries are to die for!! They gave me the recipe to take back for my family in Maryland. Not as good but close enough! Thank you Andriev Candido!
We were in town for a soccer tournament, and a great experience at the Marriott Atlanta Alpharetta.
Josie was wonderful at check in. She was very helpful, friendly, and ensured everything was correct with our room.
The most important and only thing that made this a 5-star stay was the staff. I had a bit of a rough check-in experience and was tempted to cancel my stay. However, Ashley stepped in and took ownership, helping me to get settled into a better room, acknowledging that the previous room was not up to Marriott standards, and finally communicating that she’d be tracking my satisfaction throughout the stay.
This location is in need of an aesthetic update and some deep cleaning of its HVAC. BUT I would stay there again if Ashley and the rest of the front desk staff were there. They could have been apathetic and noncommittal in their efforts to diffuse the situation, but they were empathetic and patient with me until they got it turned around.
This team would thrive even more if the property were to commit to coming up to the Marriott luxury standard that I expect for this area of Atlanta. Thanks Ashley and team!
I cannot say enough nice things about Morgan and Ashley. I am a Cardiologist and I was here for work and my assistant accidentally booked the wrong Marriott 80 miles away. I was in a bind as I needed to give a virtual presentation and Morgan and Ashley's hospitality saved the day and saved my presentation. When I come back, I will definitely stay here! We’ e spent a few months at the Atlanta Marriott Alpharetta since August of last year, over a half dozen visits. The staff is incredible in every single department, food service, lounge, housekeeping, reception.
This time a special thank you to Ashley at the front desk who went above and beyond to help us when we were stuck a few days extra due to a huge northeast snowstorm.
She remembered our request every time we came to check status - and didn’t need to be reminded. She was kind, showed a problem-solving spirit, and ultimately went above and beyond for us.
It’s experiences like this that keep us coming back. Thank you.
Normally, I have nothing but good things to say about Marriott properties, but this one is an exception. I will say the overall property as well as our room was spotless clean. But the service was poor and worst of all our shower had no hot water. I had attempted to check in on my app and get mobile entry. I did this hours in advance, but by our check in time we never received anything. When we arrived, there was only one person working the front desk. So I had to wait with two people ahead of me. The employee gave us a key and said they had been having trouble with them working. Our room was on the 5th floor. Sure enough, the key did not work. I went back down. I had to wait in line again because two other guests were ahead of me. The employee gave us a new key for a different room. And to her credit, she was apologetic. As I said, that room was very clean. But before bed, when I got ready to take a shower, we had no hot water. Very aggravating. The next morning at check out (I could not check out on the app either), I went to the front desk. No one was there. Another guest said the front desk employee had left but would return. And he did after a few minutes. I told him about the lack of hot water. He did not apologize; he just said he would take a look at it.
The location was nice, the heated pool was nice.
That only one dryer was working. With all the soccer teams staying there. Mom’s doing laundry last night was a nightmare.
Came for Valentine’s Day and the food was good! Our server Net Sanet was excellent and super sweet/attentive.
We really enjoyed our time at the bar with Netsanet. Great drinks and great conversation! Would love to have her serve us again!
This was an excellent hotel for a business traveler! The room was very comfortable and clean and all of the employees that I met were extremely helpful. Andrew and Net in the restaurant went out of their way to provide amazing customer service! A fantastic experience!

Stay at Marriott Alpharetta. Great location very clean and the highlight is their amazing barista Randy. They have Starbucks in lobby. He is always super friendly. He makes a great cappuccino. His warmth is always a great start to the day.
I travel weekly and have for decades. Randy is the best. His customer service and welcoming and friendly attitude makes all this traveling more enjoyable.
Had an excellent experience at the restaurant/bar at the Marriott Atlanta Alpharetta, thanks entirely to Andrew Green. He was incredibly welcoming from the moment guests arrived and made everyone feel comfortable and taken care of.
Andrew was always one step ahead—anticipating needs, checking in on guests, and helping out across the entire service area without missing a beat. He clearly takes pride in what he does and keeps everything running smoothly, even when it’s busy.
His recommendations were spot on, from great spirits to thoughtful menu alternatives, and he even shared helpful local suggestions. On top of that, he was genuinely personable and easy to talk to, which made the experience feel relaxed and enjoyable rather than rushed.

Hotel rooms are a little dated but the staff make up for it. We stayed for a soccer tournament and the hotel was extremely crowded with graduations and a wedding. However, the staff did a great job at accommodating a last minute request for the soccer team and was always willing to help. Thank you for all the help!!
