Nice area and staff, cleanliness issue
Pros:

The staff were friendly and the location is ideal and beautiful.

Cons:

I found multiple hairs in the shower, as well as a pair of eyelashes on the carpet. It immediately made me suspicious as to how well the rest of the room was cleaned. Based off of other people’s reviews, I’m going to safely assume that this was just a fluke. I would stay here again.

Pros:

Location and Staff were excellent.

Cons:

Construction going on outside room and Jackhammer going off starting at 8am. Was able to switch room's and from 3rd to 8th floor and on opposite side off construction. Still was woken up by drilling noise. Just not as loud. Also found a quetip in the bed on 8th floor. Other than that it was great.

great stay !!!!
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The quality of the food was excellent — everything was fresh, flavorful, and well presented. You can really tell that care and attention go into every dish, from breakfast to dinner. The culinary team does a fantastic job delivering both quality and consistency.

What made the experience even better was the staff. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive.

Overall, this hotel offers not only a comfortable stay but also a great dining experience with a team that truly cares about guest satisfaction. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to returning.

Great stay in Alpharetta
Pros:

We really enjoyed our time at the Atlanta Marriott Alpharetta. The room was clean and quiet with quality furniture, and the beds/pillows were so comfortable. We spent a lot of time at both pools and the whirlpool. The staff were all very nice, especially Ashley W (at the front desk) who was kind, thoughtful and very helpful. The restaurant staff took great care of us at breakfast. We recommend the Saturday morning farmers market (summer/fall?).

I never got Marriott points for my stay and this hotel is not worth the $ I paid.
Pros:

The gentleman who I purchased coffee from in the morning was awesome.

Cons:

The location was extremely difficult to get to as there are no signs where to turn to get to the hotel. I had to get on the interstate and circle around - it was awful. Happened twice.
The shower head didn't work.
I asked the women at check-out to please make sure I got credited the Marriott points and the points never showed up to my Marriott Bonvoy rewards. The only reason I stayed there was to get the points. It was very expensive and in need of a makeover. I expected a much better room based on what I paid.

Disappointed
Pros:

Great location, lots of nearby restaurants and selections in a very busy section of Alpharetta. Hotel is nice on the surface but rooms not worth $300 a night. I would rate rooms and in room services a 2 star. No safe, no hair dryer, communal soap, shampoo and conditioners. Shower area has a glass panel on tub but glass panel does not stop water going EVERYWHERE. Room furniture is dated and it is obvious rooms were recently updated. Rooms were very clean and AC worked great, as did water pressure and hot water. Noise level is high. Restaurant is good and Ambassadors club is great. No more Ambassador parking spots. Very disappointed. Next time in the area, i will try another Marriott that has all the luxuries I am used to.

Cons:

The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything going on in the room beside us. The toilet was clogged after we came back from being gone all day and had to call maintenance at 10pm at night and he was inexperienced and was in no rush. My 18 month old grandson was sleepy and so it was getting irritating waiting for this issue to be resolved.

Th location, exceptional shopping, dining & beautiful weather that made the experience enjoyable.
Pros:

The location was ideal - close to the event I was attending, was surrounded by lots of great shopping opportunities and great restaurants and the wweather was perfect.
