Hotel is easy to contact with fast pick up at the airport as well as its front desk staff specifically front desk agent Max being bilingual and making it easier to communicate in my native language. The hotel is very close to the airport and a lot of different food chains around it. My room was very clean my entire stay and I would most likely stay here again my next visit.

Hotel has a clean and welcoming feeling along with front desk agent Max welcoming presence. Affordable rooms at a good price. Breakfast at the restaurant is very healthy and nutritious and if you choose not to go to restaurant the location is surrounded by a variety of businesses.

Great customer service! All the employees went above and beyond to help me with everything.

Location was beautiful, the atmosphere was very nice, & the rooms were spacious.

Russell was our airport shuttle driver. He was friendly and polite.

This QR code was up at the restaurant so I thought I’d write a review about that. First night it took 45 min to get a burger and it came cold. Second time I tried the restaurant I had to go searching for someone to assist. After finding someone it took them 15 min after taking my order to tell me they were out of that particular meal. I placed another order. Food both times was subpar. Wouldn’t recommend eating here. The only good thing was the canned Pepsi.

My first experience at this location was great. The atmosphere and rooms and very welcoming and neat. Front desk agent Max was very polite and helpful going above and beyond for us. Will definitely return on my next visit to Dallas/Fort Worth.

The hotel had great customer service and great breakfast options. The man who checked me in Max was a very welcoming man and very informative with the the DFW area. The pool was also so nice!!

We had a great two-night stay, thanks in large part to the outstanding service from Max at the front desk. They were warm, professional, and incredibly helpful from check-in to check-out. Their friendly attitude and willingness to help made us feel genuinely welcome. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Great experience but what set it apart is Russell's recommendation to the Hard 8 BBQ rest. He overheard our discussion when we checked in and went out of his way to find out what we wanted and recommended the perfect place.

Just wow! That’s all I can say! You smell Eucalyptus at the door! ! Kim, Somira, Amir, Housekeeping…all of it! Top tier! Clean, responsive, and most of all customer service oriented!!!
