Clean and friendly
Very friendly staff. Parking lot could use a little repair.
They did not clean the room, when we asked for room to be cleaned they did our bed but left rhw sofa bed unmade. The drinks and food un the club was always empty. And it was not clean. I have stayed couple lf times in this hotel and it was the first time this kind of things happen.
We have mixed feelings about our stay. The check in was easy, but the card hold stayed until I called them upon our return home. It was described as a '"glitch". The accountant was very nice and took care of it. We did not receive our breakfast vouchers causing an awkward encounter when we were given our breakfast bill. Hotel itself is very nice. Our room overall was nice, but was room smelled either like air or carpet freshner. Scent was overwhelming and the windows do not open to allow any fresh air inside. Like I said, lots of ups and downs for the property.
DIRTY, LIGHTING IN ELEVATOR AND ROOM POOR. NOT ENOUGH LUGGAGE CARTS. ONE DESK PERSON SAID TO CALL WHEN READY TO CHECKOUT AND WE WILL SEDND UP HELP. WE CALLED AND MAN SAID IN UNFREIENDLY MANNER WE WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR CART. YOUNG HOODLEMS WANDERING PARKING LOT GAVE A THREATENING GESTURE IN THE FACE OF MY WIFE
This met my expectations for my mom who needed a quick getaway. She told me she enjoyed and sent pictures of how she liked the room. So if my mom was happy that makes me happy and willing to book there again.
The location is perfect for Woodward Dream Cruise and facilities are always nice.
The room thermometer is not correct. The temperature reading is not the actual room temperature.

First, of all the A/C was broken
Second, No water in the refrigerator and when you call the front desk for water bottles, they said you have to come downstairs and get them.
Third, No toothpaste in the room. I have to go downstairs and ask for one.
Neither mouth wash.
I want you guys to understand that I cannot bring this items in my bag when I fly here. Why you do not offer it and have it in the room.
At least deliver it if a guest asks for it and you do not want to keep it in the room.
Cleanliness is really good.
But maintenance is bad.
This is happened more than once.
One time before I had a broken pipe in my room and flooded my front area of my room.
Please work on that you have a beautiful facility.
