Excellent, convenient city centre hotel with a fabulously welcoming staff team.
Pros:

Brilliant location close to the station. Room clean, spacious and well equipped. Staff couldn't have been more helpful- directions, allowing an early check in, permitting bag storage after checkout. Also cheery and incredibly welcoming which as a solo female traveller I really appreciated.

Cons:

It took a while to get the internet to work from my room which slightly disrupted my work efficiency. However the IT support were helpful and eventually got me sorted.

Kiváló szálloda, nincs okom panaszra.
Pros:

Nagyon kedves volt a személyzet, finom volt a reggeli. A szoba nagyon kényelmes és tágas volt, emellett az ágy is kiváló volt.

Cons:

Hiányzott a szobából a hajszárító és a wc kefe.

Recommended and a nice stay.
Pros:

I stayed for one night 10-11 February 2026 being in the city for the Everton game. The hotel is a stone throw from Lime Street station and is very tidy inside. My room was great and breakfast involved a nice selection in pleasant surroundings. Nice, friendly staff who appeared to be efficient. The outside looked a tad tired but no complaints about the inside and I’d happily stay again. When I say ‘tired’ not helped by awful rain!

Excelente hotel, recomendo a todos que forem de trem.
Pros:

Hotel muito bem localizado, pertíssimo da estação Lime Street e muito perto das regiões turísticas da adorável Liverpool.

O quarto era espaçoso, limpo e confortável e o café da manhã foi excelente.

Outro ponto positivo foi a simpatia dos funcionários, com destaque para a Liudmyla que me ajudou a traçar todo o roteiro pela cidade e foi muito legal.

Excellent location just a 2 minute walk from Liverpool Lime Street station.

Pleasant greeting at reception and a slightly wary check-in without fuss.

Room itself a bit dated and the windows especially have seen better days with loose handles not working. Bed was comfortable enough and the TV a decent size. Bit of noise from corridors and surrounding rooms.

Breakfast next morning a fairly average budget style offering.
