Pros:

Super schönes Hotel in Top Lage mit sehr gutem Buffet-Frühstück. Sehr bequemes Bett und ein großer Smart-TV. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

The shower did not work. The water temperature changed from cold to dangerously hot. I did not noticed this till the morning that I was checking out, approx 30 mins before given that I needed to leave for work.

Staff shrugged their shoulders and showed a disregard for the dangerous temperature of the shower. I asked for a partial refund and it was denied.

I was offered a free breakfast after I told them I was late to work and needed to leave. Awful response when told the shower was dangerously hot and did not work. The poor attitude of the manager and being denied a refund because I did not inform them straight away or as soon as I entered the room. I think 30 minutes was quick.

Never will stay there again!!

A good central location
Pros:

The central location close to the bus station was very helpful. The room was comfortable and clean -.it was good to be able to open the window a little to get some air overnight. Breakfast was adequate - the usual. It was good to have a secure parking garage adjacent to the hotel.

Cons:

In some ways the hotel seemed a little tired. The bar had limited choice. But these were minor issues.

Ligger väldigt centralt och hotellet är helt ok. Lite tråkig frukost, typisk engelsk. Bra sängar och tyst. En eloge till en av personalen som löste problemen vi fick när det fattades en sängplats och handdukar.

Cons:

Vi tillfrågades om vi ville få städat på rummet under vår vistelse. Vi sa att vi ville. Men rummet lämnades orört efter första natten. Återigen löste samma personal som fixade sängplatsen problemet. Men detta ska lösas att receptionen sagt till de som sköter rummen.

Como crítica no deberían cobrar pago anticipado como dicen por lo que pudiera pasar en la habitación
Parece de mal gusto en semejante hotel de esta categoría
Y críticas al checkin debería ser antes de las 15 hs
Ya que si llegas antes y te ofrecen una habitación por 20 libras
Quiere decir que tienen habitaciones disponibles
Por empatía por el cliente no costaría nada hospedarlo si llega 2 horas antes

Lokacija odlična, javni prijevoz dostupan odmah kraj hotela, soba je bila čista i uredna, osoblje vrlo ljubazno i uslužno, vrlo dobar omjere cijene i kvalitete za hotel u centru grada.

Cons:

Mali izbor hrane za doručak, ali zato sve pohvale za pripremu jaja po želji i vrlo ljubazno osoblje.
