Pros:

Hotel was very central

Cons:

Everything was great, maybe if price had been a little bit cheaper that would have been good but couldn't fault anything as hotel was lovely and all staff were so friendly and very helpful at all times so big credit to them for being great at their job

Fine but Overpriced
Pros:

The location was pretty central and directly opposite St George's hall, so that was extremely handy. The staff were friendly and the housekeeping team were really kind. Reception area smelled absolutely lovely and had lots of snacks and refreshments for sale which was handy. There were plenty of food options right behind the hotel. The carpark was also very close and felt really secure.

Cons:

I was really unimpressed with having to pay extra to upgrade the room as ours wasn't ready, and considering I had already paid for a deluxe Queen I do not know what it was I got; or would have had without the upgrade! There was a funny smell to the room with no ability to crack open the window, and despite appearing comfortable initially, the beds left us both in agony the following day! I would have been happy with my stay if it was significantly cheaper but unfortunately I felt it was very overpriced and not at all up to the standard I have become used to from the marriott group.

Wouldn’t recommend or stay at the price we paid. Under whelmed and disappointed.
Pros:

Location

Cons:

The room was dusty and the mattress needs replacing! The furniture is old and the sockets were actually installed upside down!! Breakfast wasn’t the best as I actually had better at a premier inn.
