Having to wait until nearly 4.30 for our room to become available when we had a restaurant booking at 5. The breakfast restaurant was small and staff were slow to replenish the food available.
Great location near the train station and city center.
Lack of refrigerator and ironing board was a big disappointment.

The welcome from all staff was warm and friendly. The room was spacious, breakfast was fantastic with a good selection. The dining room staff at Oliviers were outstanding and made sure everything was perfect. The option of having eggs cooked to order was a nice touch and my omelette was the best ever.
There was nothing we didn't like
In the city centre. 2-3 min walk from Lime street train station and close to restaurants

Vieles ist zu Fuss erreichbar.

La habitación era amplia para tres personas, si bien algunos muebles se veían un poco anticuados lo esencial estaba correcto. . El baño bien. Buena visión desde la ventana. En general confortable.
La única pega que puedo decir es que la cama extra era un sofá cama y no era tan cómodo como la doble y las almohadas un poco estrechas que para la cervical se hacía un poco molesto.

The location was perfect. Having drinking water available at lobby was good. The breakfast was very generous. The dining room staff were very friendly and obliging.
Communications between front desk and housekeeping could have been better.
On several occasions we would arrive back and find our room had not been cleaned.
