The hotel is very clean from the reception deck. The breakfast had a good selection of food except the chocolate drinks. The room attendants are excellent in their service.

Great location a few minutes from Lime Street Station and next to the bus station but tucked away, so surprisingly quiet.
The room was reasonably spacious for a standard (deluxe) room - big comfortable bed, arm chair, large TV, kettle etc. Staff all very helpful and friendly. We chose not to have housekeeping every day but you could ask reception for more teabags. Chilled ice fountain in the lobby.
No fridge in the room, despite there being a space in the cupboard unit, but there was an ice machine along the corridor.
Excelente ubicación, junto a la estación de tren de Liverpool Lime Street, con tren directo a Manchester o a Chester (súper recomendable). Puedes ir andando a casi todo lo más importante de la ciudad (para ir a Anfield cogimos un autobús justo al lado del hotel). La habitación muy amplia, las, camas cómodas, y detalles de café ☕️, té, galletas y agua gratis en la habitación. Desayuno bastante bien (Huevos revueltos, salchichas, bacon, yogur, quesos, leche vegetales, fruta, bollería, té, café de grano, diferentes panes, etc.). Si volvemos a Liverpool, sin duda volveremos.

Reception staff where good, you have a little shop, like the fact you have security at night, room staff where exellant always clean, great attitude. location was your best feature, very central.
We did have a drink in your bar, very underwelling, staff could of been better, they did there job , but no personality. The bar felt cold in atmosphere, felt more like a student union bar. grahm had to change his pint of larger, the attitude of the bar marager supervisor..I dont drink beer...not very sorry sir we will change straight away.
