Highly Recommended!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Great facilities. Lovely location by a huge lake.
Very quiet. Nice breakfast. Lots of parking.

Very upsetting that you have been reduced to penny pinching in what was an upper class hotel

Cooked food Luke warm not hot..
Monday 20th,there was no sausages or bacon available?..
My first of three breakfasts there were little pots of honey,2 nd Day an old nearly empty jar..3rd day no honey at all.. third day also no fruit yoghurts available only plain..no tinned peaches for my fruit salad,and no fresh bananas.
What is going on for the price you charged?
My room…
No daily maid service..call reception if needed..
So sorry but this is supposed to be a good hotel..I expected the service I received first time I stayed, not a penny pinching establishment..
Tea/ coffee in room not replaced at all..

I was appalled by the lack of service this time round..And to top it off ..being told you are going to start charging up to Ten pounds a day to park your car in a car park on top of now overpriced and unkept rooms.As there was myself and partner with two cars that’s £60 on top of 3 day room charges..
You don’t get charged for parking in cheaper hotels close to yourselves.
ie- travelodge Wooton and Premier In. wooton…
I have used both as I come toNorthampton often and realise now that they are much better value which is a shame .
I chose yourselves as I had my grandsons wedding over the weekend and wanted that big of luxury I found there before..
Added to that my partner was close to the golf course..
It really did spoil my stay ..
As the pampering I got on my last visit had all but disappeared..
I did not call reception for anything because I realised that you must have reduced staff in housekeeping and managed..
It’s such a shame and I most certainly won’t be praising you this time around..
I’m very upset by the massive reverse in standards..
Therefore I won’t be staying with you again..
Sad but I don’t have money to throw away when things I expected are no longer available..
