We hosted an event here with the help of The Delta. The entire team were utterly sensational and they had the most amazing rooms, conference spaces and food offerings. The place was so clean and had all the amenities one could ask for. The service is exceptional and if ever you are in Northampton you should go here. Big shout out to Jordan, Louise and Robert for making everything effortless and helping host this event.

Only 2 teabags and 2 biscuits on offer in room. There was coffee but I would have liked a couple more regular tea bags. Couple more little milk pots. Having to pay for parking when you’re a staying guest overnight , should be reimbursed when you leave .
Not sure I would rush to book a Marriott up again, Reception Staff were very nice and friendly as were a couple of the Restaurant staff, what let the Hotel down were the uncomfortable beds, ( I asked Reception for an extra matress topper which was added and helped) tea and coffee not being topped up, considering we were staying 3 nights it wouldn't have been too much trouble to put 6 tea bags etc in at beginning of stay, having to remember to ask reception for a tea bag etc was annoying. I would have like my bed made up for the price paid, it is really aimed at one night corporate stays. We were meeting friends, we had a fridge they did not even though we had the same room type,, there safe did not work ours did ( mentioned to reception) Breakfast was ok, was made to feel awkward that I asked for a Vegetarian option too late at 9.30am
" she would have to check if there was anything this late as it may have run out".... there was at least another hour of service left ....
Quiet setting and easy to get an Uber into the Centre. Overall ok, but not outstanding.
It was good value and clean enough. Bed comfortable enough and room nice enough.
The staff were very mediocre. Not too friendly or welcoming on the night shift.
Good sized room. Air con and a comfortable bed. pleased there was also a fridge in the room. quiet location despite being near a busy road.
