Hotel antiguo y caro.
Pros:

Que estaba en Santiago

Cons:

Es un hotel bastante antiguo, en todo sentido, los baños son ultra viejos, la grifería incluso debajo del lavamanos que se veía desde la tina estaba oxidada. La pieza no es gran cosa, la decoración bastante antigua y la pieza fría, fui en pleno verano y tuve que apagar el aire. La piscina es enana, está escondida en un lugar donde no le llega sol. El servicio en la piscina pésimo, toque el timbre que había varias veces para pedir algo y nunca apareció nadie. Para el valor que tiene, esperaba algo mucho mejor. Lo único bueno es la ubicación. Por lejos y casi en el mismo precio, el Mandarín Oriental lo recomiendo.

Overall nice place to stay except for water issue
Pros:

Very clean.
Beds comfortable

Cons:

Cold water in faucets was hot. I told management, they had someone come up, and he did nothing and said it was ok, because EVENTUALLY the water got cold ( after about 2 minutes). So I would be brushing my teeth with hot water. Same with the shower and it would take forever until you can get cold water so the shower was scolding until you waited quite a while.
When I checked out, I told him about it again and said that that is unacceptable Other than this they would’ve had a perfect score for this hotel

Estadía de maravilla. Sin duda volveríamos al Marriott
Pros:

Era nuestra primera vez en un Hotel Marriott y fuimos beneficiados con una habitación suite ejecutiva, siendo que nuestra reserva era de una habitación normal o standard. Disfrutamos de una comodidad excepcional.
El desayuno buffet era abundante y variado.
El servicio y la atención del personal fue de excelencia, destacando a Dahlen, funcionario del hotel que nos condujo a la habitación, nos mostró sus instalaciones y nos ayudó con el estacionamiento de nuestro vehículo.

Cons:

Nada que observar negativamente.

Pros:

ubicación. habitación.

Cons:

Estuve muchos días y el personal fue muy amable. Menos el primer día que una empleada del Buffet del desayuno me trató mal, se llamaba Dayana. Y luego el encargado de Marketing Nicolás no me contestó los mensajes que le envié, lo cual no me resultó amable.
El resto del personal fue muy amable.
El aire acondicionado de la habitación tuvo algunos problemas, lo solucionaron.
