I stayed in JW Marriott Seoul for all my trips to Seoul, and it was great to be back after 10 years. Some of the layout and access have been changed but the standard of service and comfortability has not changed at all.
JW Marriott Seoul remains as the best among all JW hotels I ever stayed.
The staff here are nice. We stayed here for only 1 night—the location, for me, based on my personal take. I don't like it. There are just too many people in the mall and in & out of the hotel.
Our Room is really nice and comfortable. The only issue we had was that flushing the toilet was just too loud. Aside from that, it was all good.
Manager Hyundai Chul Lim gave us amazing buffet experience in Flavors . Excellent service and great food.
During my visit to Korea, my cousin brought me to JW Marriott Flavors and kindly treated me to dinner, which I truly appreciated. It was such a thoughtful experience, and the restaurant made it even more memorable with its beautiful atmosphere, high-quality food, and exceptional service. 💛

And I also want to mention 정민수 막내직원, who was involved in preparing the food. Everything we tried was delicious, carefully prepared, and beautifully done. It was clear that a lot of effort and sincerity went into the meal.
This dinner became a very special memory for me, not only because my cousin generously treated me, but also because the staff made us feel so well taken care of. I’m very thankful for the experience and would gladly visit again the next time I’m in Korea.
Luxurious, clean, completely quiet. Staff very helpful and polite. Attached mall and food court are convenient when you want an easy meal. Breakfast excellent, restaurant excellent. Swimming pool and gym are fabulous. Worth bringing a suit (and bathing cap, or you can buy cap).
Small issue, bathroom door is shutter style and doesn’t block all light. Breakfast on the expensive side but enjoyable. Location on south side of river not as close to most tourist attractions, but is close to Gangnam. FYI, river is huge and not crossable on foot.
