A special thank you to 임형철 지배인, who took great care of our table. His service was incredibly professional and thoughtful, and he made the whole dining experience feel even more comfortable and refined. You could immediately tell how much attention he gives to guests.
I would also like to thank 김하연 서버 for her kind and attentive service. She was gracious, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal.
And I also want to mention 정민수 막내직원, who was involved in preparing the food. Everything we tried was delicious, carefully prepared, and beautifully done. It was clear that a lot of effort and sincerity went into the meal.
This dinner became a very special memory for me, not only because my cousin generously treated me, but also because the staff made us feel so well taken care of. I’m very thankful for the experience and would gladly visit again the next time I’m in Korea.
Luxurious, clean, completely quiet. Staff very helpful and polite. Attached mall and food court are convenient when you want an easy meal. Breakfast excellent, restaurant excellent. Swimming pool and gym are fabulous. Worth bringing a suit (and bathing cap, or you can buy cap).
Small issue, bathroom door is shutter style and doesn’t block all light. Breakfast on the expensive side but enjoyable. Location on south side of river not as close to most tourist attractions, but is close to Gangnam. FYI, river is huge and not crossable on foot.

The Airport Limousine Bus No. 6020 from Terminals 1 and 2 offers a direct and stress-free route. Guests can alight in front of Shinsegae, cross the street, ascend to the first floor via escalator, and follow the clearly marked “JW Marriott Hotel Seoul” signs to the main lobby.
The arrival experience is smooth and well-coordinated. Bell attendants and security personnel provide a courteous and attentive welcome. The check-in process is streamlined, with separate locations for different membership tiers—standard guests, Silver, and Gold members are assisted on the 8th floor, while Platinum, Titanium, and Ambassador Elite Members enjoy an exclusive check-in service within the Executive Lounge on the 9th floor.
The Executive Lounge deserves particular commendation for its elegant atmosphere, exceptional service, and diverse selection of food, beverages, and desserts presented throughout the day. The quality, presentation, and professionalism rival those of a fine dining experience.
