Hotel was very enjoyable will be back.

Location and hotel all around was wonderful. Staff Made the hotel pop!

It definitely isn’t worth the money
Pros:

Closeness to the convention center

Cons:

The beds were uncomfortable. I paid close to 600 a night and was charged a lot of money for food. There was no microwave in the room .

Prob stay again.
Pros:

The address dent is to the one across the street. That lobby was rude. She acted like I knew I was at the wrong desk. Then she gave us the worst directions to find the correct hotel lobby. The correct hotel was great.

Cons:

The $20 gift was not applicable like the check in said.

Location it's right in the heart of Tampa walking distance to the cruise port.

Cons:

I stayed here in 2018 and came back in 2025 now I get everything has gone up but the rates even with my booking discount was ridiculously high
