Loved this hotel!
Pros:

When we arrived, we met Joel who was working the front desk, he was very helpful and patient he did his best to accommodate us! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone it is really convenient to the mall next door with an adjoining door to the mall. Our stay was lovely and especially Joel who was so wonderful did a great job. Breakfast was lovely and there were a lot of dishes to choose from. If I were to visit Zurich again, I will stay here, I loved this hotel!

Cons:

The only thing I would change would be the pillows; they were too soft and almost flat. I think we should have a choice between a soft pillow and a firm one!

War absolut gut und gemütlich

Cons:

-Zimmerservice war nicht aufmerksam (Kaffee und Wasser erneuern 2 Tage nicht gemacht)
- Fitness kostet CHF 33.—. Es nützt nichts, wenn ich den ganzen unterwegs bin und ich vielleicht am Morgen oder am Abend noch rasch 40 Minuten Fitness machen will als Ausgleich und soviel bezahlen muss mit dem Argument, ich könne das ja den ganzen Tag nutzen. Ist nicht schlimm, war aber schon enttäuschend, da ich aufgrund des Vorhandenseins von Fitnesscenter das Hotel gewählt habe

Das Frühstück und das Servicepersonal war sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Housekeeping hat lediglich das Bett gemacht und Handtücher getauscht. Weder Staub gewischt, noch Staub gesaugt oder die Armaturen im Bad gereinigt. Da wir an einem Seminar teilgenommen haben, waren wir im Austausch mit vielen weiteren Gästen, die gleiches berichteten. Die Sauberkeit war schlecht und hat eindeutiges Verbesserungspotenzial.

Das Personal ist freundlich. Gerade beim Frühstück arbeitet eine sehr nette Frau mit roten Haaren, die immer gute Laune hat.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern ist sehr verbesserungswürdig. Auch nachdem wir es bei unserem letzten checkout angemerkt hatten, war die Sauberkeit beim nächsten Besuch nach 4 Wochen unverändert.
