La.cattivissima educazione del personale. Non hanno rifatto la camera mentendo che il motivo era stato il nostro rifiuto. Avevo la bambina con la febbre alta, preparo a colazione dei panini per lei, mi hanno aggredito ed impedito di portarli in camera. Pessimi i modi in cui ci hanno trattato.

Rally wanted to love this hotel, but sadly just could not. It was way over priced for the stay, I have wanted to stay in one of the move and pick hotels for quite some years and now not sure why. Other move and pick hotels have free chocolaty hour where this hotel had no such thing, don’t understand how a standed chain of hotels can be so different in what is offered. Would never recommend this brand of hotel to anyone as far as I could tell the manager of the hotel has is dog on site and it seems to be treated better then the guests. Not even a single small tube of ice cream offered anywhere in the hotel other then at reception to purchase at a very expensive coast for the most smallest of tiny tub available… tried to charge me over $300 for laundry (I could have bought a washing machine for that price and gave it away when leaving the hotel and would still be better off then the none iron cloths I received back. Mini bar fridge in the room did not work and the best suggestion they had was well we have a Friidge at reception. Ya sure that want I want on my holiday I just can’t wait to run to reception everytime I would like a cold drink of my own. All I can say is don’t !!! Don’t bother with this chain of hotel, Your better of with a 2 or 3 star hotel, other then the 4star hotel they claim to be and the price that charge in accordance of the 4 star so called rating and this was in Switzerland!!! Go figure it’s a Swiss band ice cream and would have thought one of the best out of all of the chains around the world. I have stayed in better 3 star accommodation in a old country town and got more value and comfort then this large international chain provided. DONT EVEN BOTHER….currently in another hotel now and feel like I am welcome and at home from the very beginning of my stay and I am only on day 1st of this hotel and should have never booked the move and pick hotel no matter what country I have learnt my lesson with this chain of crap they call 4⭐️

Gagnerais à offrir quelques services complémentaires et remettre au gout du jour les chambres.
Pros:

Acceuil + emplacement.

Cons:

Je m’attendais à un accès gratuit à la salle de sport et à la piscine, mais malheureusement ce n’était pas le cas.
Les installations sont confortables et la chambre de taille raisonnable, mais l’ensemble mériterait une petite rénovation.

Cons:

Des cheveux dans la chambre, il faisait tres froid et le truc de chaleur ne fonctionnait pas.
Le fait que les enfants ne puissent pas aller à la piscine et qu'il faillent payer 33chf pour y accéder (meme si on ne voulait pas aller au fitness et au spa).
Jamais vu ça. Nourriture pas top. On a presque rien mangé.

Leider nicht mehr das, was es früher mal war.
Pros:

Sehr gute Verbindungen zum Flughafen und ins Zentrum der Stadt

Cons:

Das gute Restaurant, das es früher mal gab, ist nur noch Frühstücktsraum. Die Swing Swing Bar ist selten offen.
Schade, das Mövenpick in Regensdorf ist nicht mehr das, was es früher mal war.
