La chambre, qui aurait dû être disponible à partir de 15h, n'a été disponible qu'à 19h, alors que nous sommes arrivés vers 17h40. Nous avons dû attendre. Décevant.

Parking super expensive 38 franks for 1 night old very narrow and old disaster also this is big hotel and typical for bus groups so when we are get for breakfast that's India 2 busses tours you can imagine how loud was and the restaurant looked like tornado when they left so variety of food was wide but my appetite was gone and it left me feelings not so good about your hotel you have to limited groups put some details on front desk one lady is working the others talking people staying in line the front hotel not clean at all finger's prints all of over elevators or not clean also when you come to the room I think cleaning ladies are spraying some scents it's so intense smell they don't open windows for circulation air beautiful hotel but not care properly

Nice hotel by the waterfront. Lucky to snag a view room for the 2 sunny days our tour group booked for us.

Their huge breakfast buffet is awesome.
Located by bus stop and Metro train, free pass issued by hotel.

We found a wonderful authentic Vietnamese restaurant across the street, HoiAn BBQ.

Das Bett war sehr bequem und in der Nacht war es sehr ruhig.
Der Service im Restaunt war katastrophal. Noch nie wurde ich so schlecht bedient. Ständig gingen Sachen wie Aperol, Bier, Gabel, Saucen etc. Vergessen und ich wartete ewigs lange. Der Wein wurde serviert nachdem ich mit dem Essen fertig war und beim Nachbestellen des gleichen Weins wurde mir der Falsche gebracht. Der Kellner schob die Schuld jedesmal von sich und erfand immer neue Ausreden.
Der alte Teppichboden im Zimmer entsprach nicht ganz meinen Vorstellungen. Aber das ist nebst dem Erlebten im Hotel ein "Luxusproblem".
Fantastic hotel , best location near the lake. Very efficient service and beautiful rooms facing the lake. Must stay here for best breakfast in toen and enjoy the hospitality.

The refrigerator/minibar wasn't working.
The room service and housekeeping were okay, but not great.
The reception staff was quite snippy and arrogant, no matter who was working there.

Overall, you get the feeling that you're not really welcome as a standard guest and tourist.
