Horrible room
Pros:

The location was great.

Cons:

The room was horrible, there were roaches, holes in the blinds, the sofa bed was pee stained and and all springs, the beds were not comfortable at all.

Clean and comfortable stay 20 minutes from Times Square
Pros:

A comfortable stay in a great location with a well-maintained building and room. Very clean and pleasant, with excellent staff who are clearly free to make decisions for customers without always having to call a manager. The bus to New York picks up right outside and takes credit cards or cash. Compared to other rooms within 20 minutes of Times Square, the rooms are huge.

Cons:

The room didn't have cups for drinking water, and the fixtures and furniture were well-used. While clean and well-maintained, the faucet was over of those 1990s water savers that most hotels changed out for newer water saving faucets long ago. So so very good, but just on the older side. Also some traffic noise. Earplugs are a good idea for lighter sleepers.

Cons:

Breakfast, room was not clean we found toe nail, heat did not work, trashroom left open trash spilling into hallway for over 6 hours.

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

Lo elijo siempre por la ubicación y el precio. El bus hacia Manhattan para a pocos metros y tenes la posibilidad de no gastar comiendo afuera porque tenes espacio para cocinar y el Walmart súper cerca.

Cons:

El hotel se ve viejo y aparenta poca limpieza.

Could have been cleaner
Pros:

Stayed here for 2 nights because our shower at home wasn’t able to be fixed right away due to the winter storm room was not maintained well had a lot of issues as well as a wrapper and crumbled tissue on the floor under the bed I can say I wouldn’t come back

Not the best stay. But I appreciate the hospitality.
Pros:

The hotel’s parking is limited but staff mentioned I was able to park across which was very convenient.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets were thin. It was not pleasant to sleep in.
