A Room with an Unexpected Roommate

I’ve never given a bad review before, but…
During my stay, I noticed ants crawling through the kitchen area. Although I requested and received a room switch the following day, the second room also had ant problems!
Since the presence of pests is absolutely unacceptable!

Bon rapport qualité/prix, bonne localisation mais chambre un peu vieillote
Pros:

La localisation est idéale avec un bus (ligne 320 avec arrêt juste devant l'hôtel) qui va au centre de New York (Port Authority Bus Station) en 15-20 minutes.
La chanbre est de bonne taille, la salle de bain pratique et la cuisine avec tout ce qu'il faut.
Le café/thé à disposition le matin gratuitement est très apprécié.
Le personnel de réception et le "handyman" sont très agréables.

Cons:

La chambre était un peu vieillote avec de la moquette qui ne demande qu'à être changée. Du parquet/faux-parquet serait bien plus hygiénique et pratique.
La salle de bains demande aussi à être rafraîchie et la tuyauterie à être revue.

A dismal place that is dirty, broken down and damaged but has a good price and good location.
Pros:

Location was very convenient.

Cons:

Parking lot was extremely small and sometimes had no space available for me. The lobby was filthy, my alarm clock was broken, the walls had holes in them, the shades were broken and could not be pulled down.

Pros:

Розташування чудове,рушники чисті,наявність кухні.

Cons:

На кухні немає ніякого приладдя,написано що є сніданок але кава і чай з мафінами і батончиком це не сніданок,мої діти залишились голодні.
Постільна білизна була не свіжа,на подушках було волосся і вони виглядали що на них хтось спав.

A very disappointing stay.
Pros:

Just nothing. It is so shabby for the price I paid.

Cons:

It’s very very shabby and dirty. Bathroom lock was broken. There was a bad smell as we stepped inside the room. The panel around AC was broken and hanging. The door handles of cabinets were broken too. Everything was so dirty and disgusting.

Location was great, but needed some updating.
Pros:

We were able to park our car at the hotel for no charge.
The bus stop was right across the street from the hotel that took us directly to the subway.

Cons:

The "breakfast" was breakfast bars and prepackaged muffins, pretty sure from Walmart. I don't remember what they had for beverages, I know for sure coffee.
Definitely needed a make over. The two couches in the lobby were pretty worn. And, the one in our room was not comfortable at all. The room could have used a good thorough cleaning. The beds were comfortable, but the sheets were not the best quality.
The hotel was non smoking, but smelled of 'pot'.
The pool was no longer a pool, but a storage area.
