Great property, very happy with the service levels and overall quality throughout the hotel. Lots of smiles, friendly staff at every turn.

I did not eat breakfast. I had stayed last year and was so completely in awe I will stay as often as I can.

As soon as I walked into this property, I could tell immediately that this was a happy team. Not only because it's their job to thank me for being a member, but also because they are genuinely happy to be at their workplace. I didn't have the chance to tell the MOD in person how kind the staff is at this property and how rare it is to feel an authentic pleasantness from hotel personnel. Whatever you're doing to put your people first, it's working and rubbing off on your customers. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Denver area. My co-worker and I were sad to check out so soon!

My mom and I went for a staycation at the Omni. Everything from beginning to end was simply amazing. The staff is incredible. The best overall customer service we have received in a long time. From making the reservation for the hotel and spa to getting there and getting checked in for both the hotel and spa, everyone is so friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff at the spa was so friendly and kind from beginning to end. The check-in desk for the room was so kind and accommodating. We asked to be moved to a different room due to initially being right by the elevator, and she moved us without question. The food in both restaurants was very good. We will definitely be back!

The Omni Interlocken truly delivered a near-perfect long weekend vacation experience. Booking through Amex came with all the perks, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. The front desk staff, Jessica and John, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel like a hotel regular as a first time visitor.

The room was beautifully designed with its own unique charm. I particularly loved the wallpaper and artwork, which gave the space a youthful, chic, and settled vibe. Although the bed was a bit firmer than I prefer, I still managed to get a good night’s sleep.

The dining options were surprisingly outstanding. I enjoyed three breakfasts at the campers, trying the steak & eggs, the Benny, and the bison hash. The steak was cooked to perfection, juicy and tender, with a special egg dip that was a delightful surprise in flavor and texture. The Benny was like a breakfast pizza with flaky dough, and the eggs were cooked to a perfect jelly-like texture. The bison hash was a generous portion with flavorful bison and gravy, tasting just as good as leftovers. A big shoutout to Sara for enhancing my dining experience.

On my last day, I went to experience the driving range. It was a stunning course, and the staff were amazing. The clubs provided were top-notch to me as a beginner, and the whole experience was complimentary for hotel guests. Jason made sure everything went smoothly, and I left with a smile and a few pieces of broken skin on my hands as I didn’t wear gloves. It was a good pain.

A couple of areas for improvement: the shower water pressure was adequate, considering the drought in Colorado, but a bit more pressure would be appreciated since the tub fills up quickly. Additionally, the outdoor hot tub had a few malfunctioning jets, which should be an easy fix.

I’ll come back for sure, for another longer vacation, when my golf skills get better.

Overall, our stay was amazing! I was truly blown away by the attention to detail from every employee at the Omni. We were attending a conference, and every small detail was thoughtfully handled and perfectly executed.

I also loved the amenities included in the stay—the pool, gym, and fire areas were all fantastic. The atmosphere at Sheps, the Camper, and the coffee shop was especially fun and easily my favorite part. Everything was beautifully decorated, giving the entire hotel such an inviting and elevated feel.

I stayed one night on a business trip. It was an exceptional experience.

The service stood out for its quality. The agent at the desk offered a warm welcome and a useful overview of the hotel's amenities. When I asked about room service and he noticed it was only about 15 minutes until the end of service, he immediately offered a menu to me, and he called in the order during check-in -- an extremely thoughtful touch that meant a lot to a weary traveler after a long, meal-less flight!

The room service was excellent, by the way: affordable (for room service), healthy, and tasty, and delivered on a tray with real silverware.

The room was elegant; its decor was modern and fit with the mountain location of the hotel. The view from the room was great. The bed was comfortable, as were the furnishings. I didn't hear any other noise, which meant a great night's sleep. Wifi was complimentary and fast. Bath amenities were of high quality.

Excellent experience overall. Would highly recommend this hotel and would happily return when again in the area.

We had a phenomenal time at the Omni. I went for a last minute, spring break staycation with just my kids and I and it was wonderful. We loved the location and the amenities and customer service were next level. The year round heated pool, the fire pits, the restaurants and customer service as well as the spa and gym make this the perfect choice. The only negative is that we didn't stay longer. We'll definitely be staying here again!

If you want to have an exciting experience stay at OMNI Hotel in Broomfield, Colorado. You can have fun at the swimming pool, or just enjoying a glass of wine in the area. You can also enjoy the most delicious prim rib in The Sheps Restaurant, where you can also have fun playing pool.
The people working there are friendly and ready to help out. You can have good Internet service, coffee, bag teas and wonderful room service.

Everything was great from check in to check out. The room, The Camper, Shep's, all were a great experience. The staff were kind and helpful from the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return!

I went for a conference but got a room even though I could've made the return trip home. I needed a mini getaway! The staff was awesome; the rooms were clean and even the room coffee was good! (can't say that at most places)

Love this place, great guest experience with top notch service. Restaurants are great on-site options for dinner and breakfast. The rooms are quiet and nice and clean with nice touches everywhere.
