It was overall a very nice hotel compared to all the others we have tried around Boulder and Broomfield. Staff was so wonderful. Room was clean, in good repair, nice amenities. The gym was big enough. The pool area well maintained and nice. Loved the sundry shop in lobby. And the spa! Happy hour offerings were so nice too. Great distance to campus to visit our daughter. By far the best we have stayed at yet! We will be back.
$7 for a cup of coffee in the morning is a little steep. But not having to go in my car or perc crappy coffee in the room made it worth it to me. And it was open at 6!

We spent three nights there with a wedding party. The experience exceeded our expectations. Great food and excellent, attentive wait staff.
Wow! This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways! The hotel itself is comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated to create an awesome resort vibe. The attention to detail and friendly service made our stay feel special. We’re thinking of bringing our friends for special occasions to the hotel restaurants and plan to return for a spa retreat for our next visit.

Should offer complimentary coffee for the price of a room. Other hotels offer, complimentary breakfast & coffee for fraction of the cost. Expect a bit more from the Omni for the price of the stay.
Breakfast?
We went to the Omni when there was a severe weather event in our hometown. It was a luxurious escape from stressful circumstances. We felt so well taken care of. The staff could not have been more gracious, generous, and professional. It was a completely lovely experience.
The Omni is a lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive. I was there for a holiday event. While the hotel and stay were nice, I fell on a patch of ice outside the hotel's front door. I notified the front desk and was simply given an apology. No one ever checked to see how I was doing or if I was okay. No report was even taken. I expected better service/hospitality.
This was such a great experience I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone looking for a luxurious hotel with excellent customer service this place was clean it smelled wonderful it had great amenities we were helped by the nicest people we were helped by Abigail E,John M and Cailin J. These staff members were very wonderful people who helped us at the front desk from beginning to end they went above and beyond to offer amazing customer service they were very caring kind and attended to our every need We then had the most amazing experience at the mokara spa we were helped by a wonderful lady named Tammy she set each of us up to get a massage she worked with our schedule and provided the best customer service we both got very lucky and we were helped by Carole and Steph. Carole and Steph were absolutely amazing they both gave us the best massage we have ever had in our whole lives we will for sure be back to get a massage with them again the entire experience from signing up to get a massage to going through it and then they gave you the best treatment afterward and we were able to utilize all of their after spa treatments and we were very impressed we will be back at this hotel and we will even come back to get another spa treatment! 😇

We were staying for three days, two for business and one extra day for our anniversary. The event for our company was fantastic, but Mary in guest services made our stay exceptional. She made sure everything was seamless with our back to back reservations, made sure we were able to stay in the same room, gave excellent recommendations for our anniversary dinner restaurant (which we think we found a new favorite) at SALT Boulder. She even went out of her way to make sure our anniversary day was special. Mary and the front desk staff made everything perfect. Thank you!
The suite was spacious and clean, with a lovely vanity space that made getting ready for my wedding stress free.
The staff brought us a wonderful surprise of chocolate dipped strawberries, truffles, and champagne to celebrate our wedding day.
The bathroom seemed cramped, and lacked exhaust ventilation so showering was very steamy.
The Omni was an amazing and clean hotel! Audrey was fantastic and really made our experience seamless by going above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as it was. We can’t wait to be back and hopefully see Audrey!
