Amongst the trips we made to new york, and experienced staying at different hotels. This i can say that THE MUSE was the best in terms of staff, location, cleanliness, beds etc....

Great, friendly hotel in the center of NYC!
Pros:

- amazing, friendly staff - especially Barbara stole our hearts! Thanks a lot for helping and solving our problems!
- location if you want to be very close to the Times Square- for us Times Square was overwhelming, but luckily we couldn't hear any noise from the streets
- all was clean, very comfy beds so no complaints here

Cons:

- unfortunately our AC was broken - but the hotel reacted nicely to our complain - thanks a lot for that!

Location was spot on - 2 minutes to Times square!

Cons:

The proximity to Times Square meant it was really hard to get any sleep. All night long there was banging, honking, police cars and the doors/walls were super thin.
