הנכד שלי ואני נהנהינו מחדר מרווח עם שתי מיטות.במיקום מצוין.

המיקום מצוין.החדר גדול.חדר אמבטיה גדול עם אמבטיה.מנקים כל יום.איש המזוודות פרנקי עזר מאוד בהגעה ובעזיבה.
בהתחלה קיבלתי חדר שלא התאים לי.פניתי למנהל Andrew Zheng.הוא עלה איתי לחדר כדי להבין את הבעיה.למחרת החליפו לי חדר בדיוק כמו שרציתי.ארוחת בוקר קפה ומאפה.

Highly recommended, had such a great time.
Pros:

The Muse location is awesome, 2 minutes away from Times Square.

The staff was so nice and helpful. Thanks for the good advices about restaurants.

We’d definitely come back if we come back to New York.

Breakfast choice is good and if not enough, always the opportunity to order anything else.

We’d Stay Again in a New York Minute.
Pros:

Great hotel in an ideal location. Spacious rooms, especially compared to some of the tiny closets offered as rooms by other hotels. Access to multiple subway lines just steps away as are dozens of excellent restaurants.

Cons:

The decor is a bit dated, but that’s a trivial matter outweighed by all the positive aspects.

Alles im ganzen war es ein toller Besuch und wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Schöne Zimmer alles Sauber

Cons:

Zum Frühstück gibt es ein Bon und mit diesem Bon ist es pro Person maximal erlaubt 3 sachen zu nehmen, Getränk zählt auch schon dazu.

Perfect stay in Midtown, great staff
Pros:

The most friendly and helpful staff, special thanks to Daniel and Yaevick. Perfect location, very close to Times Square but out of the buzz and crowds.
Comfortable, spacious rooms. Taxi stop at the entrance, subway very close. Just as restaurants and stores.

Angenehme Basis fürs Emtdecken der Stadt.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind ausreichend gross, sauber und mit bequemen Betten ausgestattet. Auch das Bettsofa ist für 1 Person bequem.
An der Reception kann kostenlos gefiltertes, gutes Wasser am Automat gefüllt werden.
Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage / Heizung ist sehr laut, kann aber für die Nacht abgestellt werden.

Impressed w/ The MUSE
Pros:

My friend and I stayed at this boutique hotel for 2 nights. The assistant hotel manager Alyssa was very accommodating. We didn’t book far enough in advance to get 2 queen bed room w/ a view but she arranged for us to get a nice king suite. The room rate was unbeatable. Daniel kindly assisted us with a quick late check-in. He welcomed us to the city and greeted us with a warm smile. He was our go to person for things to see and do, places to eat and the best route to get there. I did my routine room inspection upon arrival. I was impressed w/ the cleanliness of the room. No dust noted and the bathroom was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable and the bed sheets felt nice. The location was convenient. A few blocks from Times Square and walking distance from other main attractions. I recommend this hotel. I plan on staying there for future visits to New York.

Overall a good stay with lots of positives but can be better.
Pros:

Exceptional location, very close to Times Square. Rooms are big. The beds are comfortable.

Cons:

We would expect a 4 star hotel to have a coffee maker and to offer tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast is poor.

Great hotel and location
Pros:

The staff at the reception was excellent - Daniel was amazing and attentive.
The room was overall ok, a little noisy from the air conditioning but it was definitely reasonable.
The best thing besides the cleanliness is the proximity to the Times Square, literally a 4 minute walk, totally worth it

Camera con dimensioni ampie, superiori alla media del posto. Ben arredata. Pulizia della stanza tutti i giorni con cambio asciugamani. Dispenser di acqua filtrata a disposizione dei clienti all'ingresso. Lo consiglierei.

Cons:

Deposito di 300 dollari con blocco sulla carta di credito mantenuto per una settimana dopo il checkout. Al momento della prenotazione chiedevano 150 dollari.
Pulizia buona, ma senz'altro migliorabile. Diversamente da quanto visto sulle foto di booking avevamo la vasca da bagno con una tenda per essere utilizzata come doccia.
