2 razy pisałam o dostarczenie łóżeczka turystycznego do pokoju, 2 razy otrzymałam potwierdzenie że prośba przyjęta. Gdy przyjechałam do hotelu łóżeczka nie było w dodatku musiałam 2 razy schodzić na recepcję dopytać czy na pewno ktoś z nim już do nas idzie. Podróż była z malutkim dzieckiem a zameldowanie w nocy dlatego te opóźnienie było dla nas bardzo nie wygodne.

A lot. I travel a good part of the year and often stay in 30+ hotels and homes. We arrived at 1 am after a 6 hour flight. Immediately on entering the room we noticed loud noses coming from a construction site. We also noticed the windows didn't seem to block the noise and it sounded like we were almost outside. We asked to be switched to another room and were downgreded to a lower unit but at least it was quiet. The person said we could ask for another room on the other side of the building which would be quiet at night and of the same class we booked in the morning but we would have to leave our luggage at the front and pick it up in the afternoon. We came back in the afternoon and were assigned a room but noticed it was still close to the same side as our original room.
That night I didn't get much sleep from the noise. I had requested another room but was told they were all full. The next morning I noticed someone different was working and asked if they could put us on the quiet side of the building. She said she could but we would have to get our luggage and leave it at the front desk which we did. The final room for the last two nights was quiet because it was against another building so even though we didn't have any kind of view, it was quiet. The building is very old and some things like having a barthroom fan or better sound insulation have to be lived with. The staff was friendly but the room situation really made the stay difficult. I manage vacation rentals and would never put someone in a place that loud at night. The air conditioning or heating fan is very loud so we turned it off which meant we just didn't get air in the room. I would suggest bringing very good ear plugs if you stay here.
When we left I left some shoes in the room. We put our luggage at the front for 1.5 hours and the cleaner didn't notify the front desk that there were shoes left behind and also when I emailed I few hours later I didn't get a response.

As janelas eram demasiado altas

We booked for 3 people and the sofa bed could have been made upon our arrival instead of us chasing it. The sofa bed itself is quite squeaky and not something overly comfortable to sleep on. But this are just small things.

Our entire stay there we're issues with the elevators, had to take the stairs quite a bit.... we were on the 12th and 15th floor, there was a work around but very inconvenient and long wait times.
