BEST HOTEL EVER IN TIME SQUARE
Pros:

The Muse New York was absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! Angel at the front desk was the best; he was helpful, kind and welcoming. The hotel was clean, quiet and close to Time Square and all of the activities. The room was really nice and it felt so good to stay at a hotel that felt like I belonged and they cared about my weekend---they gave me suggestions for a great stay. The manager was really nice too. This will be my hotel of choice whenever I visit New York City.

Don’t miss out, stay at the Muse.
Pros:

You are welcomed by a very friendly staff upon arrival. Our room was perfectly clean and very comfortable. Housekeeping staff was great. Concierge Barbara Los is exceptional, friendly and knowledgeable about the city and restaurants. Bell staff, Waku, Frankie and Alfonso and the entire staff always eager to help. Location is excellent near theatre find dinning and shopping. You should stay here.

Excellent staff, hotel, location and value!!
Pros:

The staff was informative, friendly and professional. The location was perfect for exploring time square and the theater district and even allowed super shopping opportunities. Outside a little overnight ‘bang’ occuring ( we think maybe the heating system???) I was definitely stay here again. Thank you Muse 👍

Milestone Birthday Celebration
Pros:

We celebrated a milestone birthday at The Muse New York City Hotel, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. We stayed in the Executive King with Balcony, which provided plenty of space for a couple to relax and enjoy the city comfortably. The room felt open, clean, and well laid out, making it a perfect home base for a special trip.

What truly made this stay unforgettable was the care and effort from Barbara in concierge. Before we even arrived, Barbara managed to transform our room with beautiful birthday decorations that read “Happy Birthday Ash,” exactly as I requested. She pulled this together with little to no advance notice, and the result exceeded expectations. That kind of attention to detail and genuine care is rare and deeply appreciated.

The balcony was another highlight. It was surprisingly spacious and offered a stunning urban backdrop that made mornings and evenings feel special. Being so close to Times Square added another layer of excitement to the celebration. We even took advantage of the opportunity to put the birthday girl up on a Times Square billboard. Conveniently, the billboard service is located right next to 46th Street above Pele Soccer, making it easy to get to at the perfect moment.

Small touches throughout the stay made a big difference. Every room is stocked with sparkling water, cold water, and ice, which was a thoughtful and refreshing amenity after long days exploring the city. After checkout, the hotel also provided secure bag storage so we could continue enjoying New York City without being weighed down by luggage.

Overall, this was an incredible milestone birthday trip, and The Muse Hotel played a huge role in making it so memorable. A special thank you again to Barbara from concierge for going above and beyond and being such an important part of our celebration. We would absolutely stay here again.

Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location, within a very short walking distance of major attractions, yet the hotel itself is very quiet, and the room was comfortable. The staff is very kind and helpful with any question. The rooms are clean and relatively spacious compared to other hotels in central New York. Overall- great!

Cons:

There was nothing in the minibar, no coffee set or tea kit, and no amenities in the shower. That’s the only comment I have, but I’m sure that if you request these items at the front desk, they can provide them.

Pros:

Quarto com camas confortáveis e limpo. Localização excelente, próximo aos teatros da Broadway, Times Square e a várias estações de metrô (a poucas estações de atrações como Central Park, American Museum of Natural History, Empire State Building, Madison Square Garden).

Cons:

Aquecimento inoperante do banheiro e equipe da recepção pouco atenciosa (solicitamos reparo no aquecimento do banheiro e não fomos atendidos).

Pros:

Location to Times Square was perfect and the parking garage. Property was clean and easy to navigate

Cons:

I spent extra money to book a room with a balcony and the balcony and furniture were covered in snow. Unusable. No notice of this upon check in and it wouldn’t be that difficult to shovel the snow and get the snow off the furniture

Daniel (front desk concierge) is the best. I am a return guest for work travel and he consistently greets me with a warmth and professionalism. He knows me and my colleagues by name. He is a wonderful asset this this property and keeps me returning.
