Appropriate for one night in New York to go see a play And catch the ocean liner Queen Mary too the next day. But I cons
Pros:

It was a great location for the Broadway play we went to see and the restaurants, friendly staff

Cons:

No coffee maker in the bedroom so you had to go all the way downstairs and out somewhere I mean it was just inconvenient

Wonderful
Pros:

The Muse is wonderful. The staff are amazingly friendly and accommodating. They remember your name the moment you check in.

The rooms are spacious and perfect for a family.

The food is excellent and the service is friendly and helpful.

And the location is perfect for anywhere you want to go, but especially Broadway and the park.

Will definitely stay here again.

It is worth every penny!
Pros:

Daniel Mitchell was amazing! He took care of it all. He gave us an upgrade and made our night. Super clean, bring water bottles because there are water fountains. Loved the room and hotel. Definitely coming back!

Great location and nice rooms with minimal extras
Pros:

Room was a nice size. Good shower. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

No counter space in bathroom. It looked like room was stripped of coffee maker or kettle. There was a space for it and tea/coffee pods and there was none. In the winter it would have been nice to have easy access to hot drink.

Great experience
Pros:

Well done upgraded hotel. Great location and small size keeps it easy to check in and out. All rooms are good size. Director of operations Alyssa Beck is very accommodating if a problem were to arise. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful property with comfortable rooms in theatre district
Pros:

Bedroom with a king bed was arranged so there was plenty of room to walk around the bed. Plenty of space in bathroom to store two people's toiletries. Offered a variety of breakfast items. Close to theatres.

Cons:

Would have preferred a heavier blanket on bed, but I slept very peacefully!
