Perfect location and very friendly and helpful staff

For sure, The Muse Hotel in Times Square is my new favorite place to stay (and I have tried many!) near Times Square. It's far enough away from the noise, yet a short walk to the heart of Times Square, so great for going to see a Broadway Play or a short walk to Rockefeller Center, 5th Avenue Shopping Area, and many other mid-town sites. So that checks off the LOCATION box.
The hotel is modern, updated, clean, and comfortable.
The hotel staff is very kind, helpful, and professional. Thank you, Barbara and Waku, for taking care of my guests!
Now, the room was an unexpected delight! Very clean and modern elegance in its decor. The room I booked had 2 queen sized beds, and two sinks in the bathroom! What a time saver that is so you can have your own sink. Side-by-side teeth brushing (no having to wait my turn).
The other unexpected feature that exceeded our expectations was the SHOWER! What an amazing shower!!! Rain Shower Head and a hand-held shower head that you can use simultaneously and have enough water pressure to pin you to the wall (the shower pressure is the best ever!) The water does not have any smell or issues, like other old hotels have. Something good must have been done with the water in this hotel, because they also have carafes in the room where you can fill them with filtered water (they also have a bottle filler in the lobby). The only downside is these water filler stations are on every other floor and not every floor.
The room included a small fridge and a safe and good space for luggage. As I work when I am on vacation, it also had a nice desk with easy plug access for my laptop, so I could do a little work while vacationing in NYC.
I also enjoyed the continental breakfast (way better than other hotels), and the bar area.
A hotel that is a fun, exceptional place that I will book again and again! Outstanding Job, MUSE!

Amazing location, clean, great staff.

This is an excellent hotel in a location that cannot be beat! We were one block from Times Square but far enough removed that we didn't hear noise on the 14th floor. We were able to walk to all Broadway shows/theaters we wanted to. The subway lines were very nearby. There were plenty of delicious restaurants close enough to enjoy. Every single staff member we encountered was friendly and courteous and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The room size was more than comfortable for 3 people in a 2 Queen Executive Room. The bathroom was huge with a Jack and Jill sink which was handy. The shower's water pressure was excellent (there were two options for water - a rain shower head and a hand held nozzle). The water temperature was easy to maintain. The breakfast was delicious and the person behind the counter was also super friendly, creating a nice, welcoming atmosphere. The overall value was exceptional, and I will definitely be making this my hotel of choice when visiting NYC.

3rd time staying here and never any issues. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is always friendly as well. It can sometimes be noisy at night but it’s NYC so I expect it, nothing to do with the hotel

Location is superb near Times Square

The location is amazing, walking distance to a lot of attractions and broadway musical, many foods even late midnight still open in the area. All the staffs also very friendly as well as the bell boy that took care of our luggage. Recommended to stay here while in NY.
