Too small rooms - extremely conjusted
Die Zimmer sind sehr gross. Ebenso das Badezimmer. Die Betten sind bequem.
Die Geräusche vom Lift waren etwas laut in der Nacht.

Ar conditioner made a LOT of noise. Overall cleanliness of the bedroom. Outlets in the room and bedroom didn’t work. For a 4* hotel, we had higher hopes and expectations
El hotel esta perfectamente ubicado, Times Square a media cuadra, servicios y transportes cerca, un Deli a 20 metros, McDonalds, Donuts, desayunos y restaurantes muy cerca. Atracciones super cerca o muy bien conectadas mediante subte. El personal del hotel muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones (doble con 2 camas dobles con vista a la calle) muy cómoda y confortable, el baño funciono de manera perfecta y reparadora.
En relación calidad-precio, un 10.
Volveríamos sin dudarlo.
La gente comiendo en el hall del hotel, ya sea pizzas, shawarmas, o cualquier tipo de comida, parecia un día de camping, esto sucedió en varias ocasiones. El personal del hotel no debería permitirlo, o al menos, redirigirlos a alguna zona mas acorde.
Too expensive for this property.
The staff was super nice and the balcony was HUGE.
The breakfast that you pay in advance to be a “breakfast included” was horrible. Just pastries that weren’t the best. I was expecting actual breakfast food.
The room was very large, and well organized, the location was excellent. Overall, the hotel itself was very nice and comfortable.
The main downside was the lack of flexibility from the staff. They were unable to accommodate our request for a small birthday surprise or early check-in after a night flight. We also requested extra towels, but they were never provided.
Everything was excellent. Perfect location, friendly staff. The room size was perfect. Valet parking was good.

Service van hotel was super vond alleen het ontbijt beetje beperkt. Maar om de hoek kan je lekker ontbijten.
