Pros:

Ir was nice and and friendly staff

Cons:

I paid 100$ to up upgrade to a jacuzzi room l, which wasn't the issue. The jacuzzi had a foul smell from the drain and scum all over the jets.

Then infront of the couch there is something under the carpet that I tripped on and ended up bouncing my face off the floor.

Horrible! Vince lombardis steakhouse is gross
Pros:

The staff was impatient at check in. The room smelled like feet and the vent noise made it impossible to sleep. When I told the desk they didn’t care.
The bar attached had a gross smell and it seemed…unsafe and tasteless.
Vince Lombardis steakhouse is DISGUSTING
None of the food was good. My son got sick from it. The salad looked like it came from a gas station. The meat was tough and they didn’t cut the gristle off.
Parking was affordable

Highly commended!
Pros:

Super cool hotel. Love the Starbucks inside. Also love that the pool actually goes deep. Beds were comfortable. You are within minutes of almost anything you need in Appleton. Love that they included some history to the hotel, that shows around the building. Definitely the hotel we will choose anytime in Appleton.

No complaints.

It was centrally located in the downtown area so easy to get to the surrounding restaurants didn’t need a car.

Cons:

It could have been a little cleaner in the shower area. Water pressure for the shower was horrible.

Pros:

Modern. Close to PAC.
Bed was quite comfortable.

Cons:

Room was dark. Not enough lights.
No electrical outlets in the bathroom.
Bathroom floor was sticky.
My Hilton app was not working properly.
Room was warm even though the thermostat was set to 66 degrees.
