Staff were incredible and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. They upgraded me into a one bedroom apartment because I needed a walk in shower. On site parking was available for $35. I will definately stay there again.
Some areaa are a tiny bit dated but beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. Could have coffee machines in rooms but otherwise was exceptional
Extremely comfortable bed with lovely sheets and pillows.
Lovely river views and the soundproofing works well in the bedroom.

We really missed not being able to use streaming services on the TV. The screen mirroring service does not work either - we checked with the hotel staff.

The noise. Night time rail noise is very loud. Please pack ear plugs for a good sleep.
Firstly our receptionist (Phuy) greeted us so beautifully and warmly. As we were running the Melbourne marathon the next day we asked for a late checkout and it was no problem at all. The room was a great size, although we didn't make use of the lounge or kitchen facilities as our stay was brief.
There was some train noise and traffic noise that we could hear, although it didn't bother us once a sleep
Staff are very friendly and helpful, you are able to leave luggage there if you are early or need to go out after check out but fly out later. Rooms are clean, spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was very yummy and had a few different options.
