Pros:

The location and the view from our suite was fantastic, the best stay in our trips.
The front desk staffs were efficient and professional. The breakfast was also great.

Cons:

The bed covers and sheets material are feeling not soft enough and may interfere with sleep. The two single beds were a little bit of narrow.

Good location, comfortable, nice staff.
Pros:

The reception staff were fantastic and followed things through. The bed and also sofa bed were very comfortable. Decent kitchen though the dishwasher did not work. Good location - you can walk to Southbank, Southern Cross Station, Flinders St station. Everything else is very accessible by free trams. The pool was good for the kids.

Cons:

We were generally pretty happy but if I had to be picky I would say the housekeeping staff probably could have done better. When you have four people staying in a room you need to supply four towels, you should also ensure the shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower are full (ours were empty), refill dishwashing detergent etc. But otherwise the apartment including the bathroom was very clean.
Would be nice to have a gym on location. We tried the breakfast buffet which I thought was a little overpriced considering it was not extensive. The pancakes were hard.

Cons:

Rooms are a little out dates and tired looking. Towels were thin and frayed. Grime in shower, Mouldy smell in room.

Pros:

we had a suite with great views across the river. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean had a washing machine which was very handy after several days of travel. beds were comfy. They had a little balcony which was nice to be able step out onto it although no chairs or table. it was perfect for our stay would stay again

Cons:

Even though they have double glazed the bedroom windows and we did as said shut the bedroom door we could still hear the trains, luckily they don't go all night.
