Perfect position for my needs, with a super comfy bed
Pros:

The lady on reception during check in was lovely. I was a little earlier than the check in time, but she had me in the room straight away.
The location was great for what I wanted, walking distance to trams or things I wanted to do.
The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable, and it was a quiet building

Cons:

The river front rooms are lovely for the view, but the train noise can be distracting. Nothing that can be done, and you do tend to tune it out.
The shower over the bath was a pain. Getting in and out, even for someone with no mobility issues, was a chore. Not to mention lack of room to move and water being sprayed on the floor (no matter how you angled the shower head)
