Avoid this hotel at all costs! I am currently staying here, and the restaurant music has been blasting since 6:00 AM. The staff absolutely refuses to turn it down or turn it off, completely ignoring guest comfort. Every single complaint I made was met with rude and unhelpful responses. This place has zero respect for its guests. Do not book a room here unless you want to be kept awake from dawn!
The location of this hotel is its biggest advantage. On the quieter side of the city with nice views over the Danube. We initially had a River room however the air conditioning was broken and luckily, they moved us to a suite with an even better view of the river and the parliament. It was really beautiful, especially at night with all the lights around the building. Not so much in the morning, because when we opened the curtains there were half a dozen river cruises docked along the river with their occupants standing outside on their balconies, some of them fully clothed, drinking their morning coffee :)
Room-wise not much to brag about, the room was quite small, and the bathroom was small but functional. Overall I would say it was a great choice for a short trip.

החדרניות לא ניקו לנו את החדר ולא החליפו לנו מגבות במשך שלושה ימים.
רק אחרי שהתלוננתי הביאו מגבות וסידרו את החדר. וגם אז לא שטפו לנו את הכוסות
והיו חסרות מגבות. רק בלילה האחרון ניקו והביאו את כל המגבות הנדרשות. אבל שוב לא שטפו את הכוסות.
אנשי הקבלה לא אומרים בוקר טוב, גם החדרניות רואים אותנו במסדרון ומתעלמות.
הוילונות בחדר מקומטים, בדלת באמבטיה יש קילוף למטה בתחתית. דלת היציאה למרפסת לא הייתה תקינה
ונאלצנו לקרוא לבעל מקצוע במלון.

The staff is exceptional, absolutely ready to help you. The location is also note-worthy, direct view over the parliament.
The rooms were absolutely filthy. Carpet stained multiple places, hairs, moldy shower wall/bathtub. Scratches on the walls and appliances. The rooms are simply incredibly worn down. We could not stay here given mostly the filthy carpets. We were offered multiple rooms to view, props to the reception team there, but all of them were in the same shape. We ended up leaving immediately after and stayed somewhere else. The reservation manager also gave our money back. Once again the staff is exceptional!
