Нам очень понравился вид из окна, завтраки разнообразны, мы были 20.8 и из нашего балкона наблюдали великолепное шоу и салют. Персонал приветлив и нам дали номер в 13:00 вместо 15:00 за что им огромное спасибо! Близко к метро что не мало важным.кравать очень удобная и большая
Кондиционер очень шумный, в самой ванной не очень чисто.
The RIVER VIEW with Parliament Building was fantastic from the 6th floor.! It was my husband's birthday and they made an effort to congratulate him 😃 Very comfortable room. You can fill up your water bottles. Delicious buffet breakfast with a good variety.
Excellent location with tram 19 or 41 stopping just outside the hotel. Metro line is also very close to the hotel. Glad we stayed on the Buda side!
The Bathroom light is very weak.
The Housekeeping was not great...
They didn't fill up our toilet paper and we ran out.
They forgot to take out our dirty crockery.

Cleanliness left much to be desired. Room only cleaned twice in a 6 night stay. Had to go to reception to ask for fresh towels after the housekeeper just picked up the dirty wet towels off the floor and hung them back up again. Bathroom has lots of black mold.

My two-night stay at Park Plaza was an absolute disaster, defined by severe hygiene failures, facility breakdowns, and unacceptable staff management. Having to change rooms three times in two days completely ruined my holiday.
The issues began immediately upon our midnight arrival in the Castle View Double Room:
First Room: The toilet seat was covered in urine stains, and the wardrobe mirror was smeared with fingerprints, forcing us to request a room change.
Second Room: While walking in socks, I nearly stepped on glass shards scattered on the carpet near the table. The carpet also featured deep, spray-like stains, and a stray hair was found in the toilet. Exhausted from the late hour, we did not request another change.
Third Incident (Leaking Roof): At 9:00 AM on our checkout day, I was awakened by dripping water from the spotlights near the bathroom and wardrobe. Lacking a floor drain, water flooded the carpet and completely soaked the clothes in my open suitcase.
When I requested that the hotel dry my clothes and provide a usable room to wash up, the staff's reaction was dismissive and defensive. Before addressing the emergency, they assumed I was angling for a free late checkout and told me rooms were fully booked and they could only store my luggage. Their attitude was rude, and they treated my legitimate grievances as me being overly demanding.
Although the hotel eventually provided another room for me to wash up, my soaked clothes were never dried and had to be packed away to accompany me all the way to the airport.
Beyond the rooms, basic hotel infrastructure, including the automatic doors, water dispensers, and elevators, which was constantly breaking down due to a clear lack of maintenance. Photographic evidence of these issues is attached. I strongly advise future travelers to avoid this property.
A szálloda elhelyzkedése. Az ágy kényelme. A reggelo minősége, mennyisége.
A Booking a szobához hozta a kisgyerekágyat, de írták, hogy ekkora szobába nem szoktak betenni, de kérésünkre megteszik. A kiságy után sem éreztük kicsinek a szobát.
Szállás elfoglalása 15.00-tól lehetett volna, de sajnos 45 percet még várni kellett. A folyosón a szőnyegek nagyon koszosak, a falakon sok a sérülés és nincs szellőztetve megfelőlen. A szobában is nagyon foltos és koszos volt a szőnyeg, a falak pedig karcosak , firkáltak. A klíma nagyon csapágyas. A szobaajtó nem záródott jól.
A külföldi szobatakarítóknak javaslom az alaposabb szobatakarítást, ami egy 4*-s szállodára lenne méltó.
שהינו בחדר נהדר ומרווח בקומה 7 עם נוף לנהר ולפרלמנט.
ארוחת הבוקר היתה מעולה, הצוות ידידותי ועוזר, מיקום מאד נוח קרוב לתחבורה ציבורית.
המלון צריך קצת שיפוץ, פה ושם קצת צבע התקלף, אבל בסך הכל נהנינו מאד ונחזור בודאות.
הכל היה מעולה
