Pros:

Location, was good, breakfast which was not included was good

Cons:

Booked for 2 queens, got a king and a pull out, so back is not feeling very good. Also pulled out the pullout and it was not clean, looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. No channel guide for the TV.

Location, nice staff

Cons:

Was dirty. Pool had beer cans still on tables in the morning from the night before. Towels were all over and no clean ones. Our room carpet was dirty with crumbs.

Comfortable, clean and welcoming
Pros:

Rooms were up to date, clean and comfortable. Staff working the front desk was friendly and helpful — and had just brought out a new batch of fresh cookies! Got a drink at the bar connected to the hotel and the server was friendly. We were in town for a game at Lambeau but saw very limited (and very expensive) accommodation options in Green Bay, so this was a great place to stay — better accommodations, better value, and a reasonable enough drive to Green Bay the next morning.

The facility was overall nicely appointed with very welcoming and friendly staff.
Pros:

Free parking adjacent to property. Room had nice couch area and was very well appointed. Nice soft pillows too. I also love Crabtree and Evelyn products.

Cons:

The room and bath could have been a little bit cleaner. A little dusty and the corner by the couch with floor lamp looks like it was vacuumed around and hadn’t had the lamp picked up images to vacuum under.

Pros:

I used to live in Neenah in the late 1980's so very familiar with Doubletree (used to be Valley Inn) and love the convenience of the location to downtown Neenah and family in area. Will always stay there when in area and would recommend highly.
