From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Отличное расположение, не далеко от башен Петронас, НО окна с видом на мусульманское кладбище
Все очень старое внутри. В момент проживания рядом шла стройка, соответственно с самого утра звуки стройки, как будьто у тебя над головой. Окна практически не изолируют звук
Location is good - near petronus towers. Staff friendly
It was very dirty. The maintenance is slipping and we changed room from 13th floor as room, bed, bathroom, glasses, were not at all clean. The second room on the 18th was a bit better but the thundering Aircon and intense traffic noise meant no sleep.

No es un 5 estrellas… por favor! Le falta muchísimo mantenimiento y limpieza. Todo super viejo mucho moho y todo roto. Increíble que se la den de 5 estrellas. No es justo pagar a un establecimiento que mienta, las fotos no corresponden a la realidad. Nunca volvería

Not well fix and operating hydrotherapy pool despite undergone 1 week construction

Établissement très bruyant, chambres qui donnent sur un cimetière, chambres mal insonoriséeset des travaux a côté qui n aident pas, hambres faiblement éclairées, petit déjeuner qui laisse à désirer

The location was great
False promotion that this is a 5 star hotel. The facilities did not show that it’s 5-stars, damaged blinds, dirty rooms and no sofa bed mattress
Near to KLCC,restaurant Pelita, Saloma Bistro,and nearest access to KG.Baru thru Saloma bridge.
Swimming pool in operative and the dulexe room facilities were olds. The pipe in the bathroom were not functioning well(selective option to switch the overhead shower and mobile shower was defective
