From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Breakfast was good
The over all attitude of the hotel;
1. Got almost locked inside the restroom as the drawer behind of the bathroom came out automatically due to loose screws
2. Complained about the blocked drain in the shower but not resolved
3. Cocoroaches in the drain
4. Old furniture and outdated cabinets (super unclean)
5. 2 lifts undergoing maintenance at the same time whereby longer waiting hours

There was nothing we liked about this place.
Everything.. an old, jaded, worn-out property that looked like a local lodge with a 5-star rating. So noisy with the construction going on next doors (which should be some thing that is told to a customer during booking), and really terrible rooms. We chose to cancel our booking and go to another hotel. The worst "5-star" hotel I've seen in my life.
Location and free underground parking are excellent. Can walk to many restaurants, shops and bars. Rooms are good, large comfortable beds, good showers and aircon and WiFi. Staff are also lovely. We stayed here for the first time in 2007 and often go back as it is good value and well-located but it is in need of an update and refresh (which they are doing now). Staff are great though.
We had several problems with our room which were generally fixed quickly to be fair but still shouldn’t have happened.
They could make more of the bar on the 13th floor: it has fantastic views but when we were there, it looked tired and we were told ‘no cocktails or mocktails’ were available despite being shown a decent menu for both.
Convenient. The amenities are within reach. Suria KLCC is 5 mins away. Add 2 mins to KL Convention Centre.

Hotel was decent, lifts were poor, had to wait 5-6 minutes for the lift to come up, facilities were decent - thought I’d go for a budget hotel in KLCC this time as I’ve just come from Bangkok staying at a much nicer hotel, as well as one in Krabi
Lift and the rude staff, as well as constant bike racers in the night even when staying on the 21st floor - less said the better

This is by far the worst “five-star” hotel I have ever stayed in. No drinking water in the room, incompatible power sockets, and extremely dirty bedding that made it impossible to sleep — truly disgusting. There were blood stains and visible filth; just looking at the bed made me feel sick. There was not even tissue paper in the room. I called reception and was told it would be delivered, but nothing arrived. I have photos of everything. This hotel charges high prices but delivers conditions that are completely unacceptable and far below any five-star standard. Very disappointing.
