Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Dieses Hotel war eine Enttäuschung! Keine fünf Sterne, eher ein Hostel/Motel Lage ist aber sehr gut.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, zwei Gehminuten von den Petronas-Towers entfernt.

Cons:

Billig wirkende Zimmer mit Plastik-Oberflächen, teilweise bestoßene Möbel, schalldurchlässige Fenster, kein Gepäckservice, ungemütlich, entspricht NICHT der Fünf-Sterne-Kategorie, eher einem Motel oder Hostel.

Les entrées des lobbys pour récupérer son grab,un coup au 1 er et ensuite au sous sol!!

Disappointing
Pros:

Very central.

Cons:

Room very “tired.” Check in extremely slow. Not very helpful when trying to book a taxi. Both bars had very limited drinks. No cocktails available as barman was away. Other bar only had Beer and Gin. No wine! Lack of understanding guests need in general.

Top Location. World Class Service
Pros:

We stayed at Hotel Maya Kuala Lumpur for two full weeks in January while exploring Malaysia, using Kuala Lumpur as our base.

The hotel’s location is outstanding — conveniently close to both MRT and LRT stations and just a stone’s throw from the iconic Petronas Twin Towers. It made getting around the city effortless.

Our room was very spacious, with a comfortable bed and a partial view of the Twin Towers — a lovely touch, especially in the evenings. The service throughout our stay was exceptionally warm and professional. Teams from Sales, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage attended to every request promptly and with genuine friendliness.

The breakfast buffet was truly world-class. We particularly enjoyed the wide selection of local specialities each morning — a wonderful way to start the day.

We would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.
