The ambiance the photography the delicious food in the restaurants the genuine kindness of the employees unlike I've never seen anywhere else.

I didn't like i had to pay $60 for parking because they don't have free parking after paying all that money for the Hotel room 😒
Loved the coffee bar on our floor. The comfort of the room.
Walkable location close to many attractions, several great restaurants and the tram plus likeable staff.
Washbasin pop-up sink plug was clogged with previous Customers hair - I removed the plug and cleaned myself, front door patch is broken with unprofessional temporary repair leaving a door gap, the TV is a smart TV so your mobile phone couldn't be connected to play music. All finishes need updating.

Sraff not too helpfull
The hotel has a great vibe, amazing hotel gym, pool area, restaurant and very friendly people. The beds are very comfortable and the room was very spacious with a good shower. Bathrobes are provided in case you want to use the pool (which looks great). There is free transportation provided in case you want to go downtown or visit any other area within a 3-mile radius. The nearby park is definitely a good suggestions to do a run.
