Toller Start in den Tag mit einem köstlichen Frühstück
Pros:

Das Frühstück war köstlich, es gab viel Auswahl, z. B. Müsli und Marmeladen-Sorten.

Cons:

Im Zimmer oder auf dem Flur hätte ich für Getränke und Joghurts einen Kühlschrank gut gebrauchen können; vor allem bei der gewaltigen Hitze mit mehr als 40 Grad.

No tenía desayuno ni pagando en el hotel y si pagaba tenía que cruzar una avenida con mucho tráfico para disfrutar el desayuno y encima con un costo muy elevado 25 euros una locura

All good, comfortable room, good breakfast, nice staff. As I'm very sensitive to noise, I couldn't sleep very well as I could hear the cars and trams during the night, closed windows. The rest, all good.

Soggiorno comodo e piacevole
Pros:

L'hotel si trova a pochi passi dalla fermata S-Bahn, per cui è stato semplice spostarsi. La camera era molto comoda, silenziosa e il personale molto gentile. All'inizio ho avuto un piccolo problema con il bagno, ma mi è stata subito offerta una camera alternativa. L'atmosfera era accogliente e tranquilla e gli altri ospiti rispettosi e silenziosi.

Cons:

Nei dintorni non ci sono molti posti per fare colazione, bisogna spostarsi un po'. In hotel c'era la possibilità della colazione inclusa ma non l'ho scelta anche perché un po'cara. C'è comunque la possibilità di prendere un caffè e mangiare qualcosa, ma consiglierei di ampliare la scelta disponibile. Per il resto tutto ok.

Die Lage ist besonders verkehrsgünstig. Das Zimmer ist ordentlich und sauber eingerichtet.

Abgewohntes Hotel in dem das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut nicht stimmt.

Freundliches Personal. Gute Verkehrsanbindung.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind deutlich abgewohnt und in keinem guten Zustand mehr. Zudem hatte es einen sehr unangenehmen, muffigen Geruch trotz Lüften.
Der Teppich/Textilien und die Wände waren fleckig, in manchen Ecken Feuchtigkeit, welche versucht wurde zu überstreichen. Das Bad mit verkalkten und verschmutzten Fugen/Armaturen. Die Lichtschalter ebenfalls schmutzig und klebrig (mit einem feuchten Lappen ließen diese sich problemlos reinigen).
Im Treppenhaus Schmutz in den Ecken.
Wir haben noch am Anreisetag in ein anderes Hotel eingebucht.

Nähe zum Veranstalzungsort

Cons:

Im Zimmer befand sich ein ziemliche großer Sessel, der aufgrund der Zimmergröße nur so gestellt werden konnte, dass man über ihn rüber klettern musste um ins Bett zu kommen. Ohne Sessel hätte uns das Zimmer besser gefallen.

Sehr gute Lage, nettes Personal, gute Parkplatz Situation in der Umgebung, Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, kein Lärm nachts und Klimaanlage lief super, kostenloses Wasser unten an der Rezeption

Ústretový personál, príjemná izba. Čistota bola v kúpeľni až na kameň v toalete OK, v izbe by stačilo utrieť nábytkové p

Milý personál, veľmi ochotný a nápomocný. Veľmi príjemný dizajn izby a obrazy s tématikou Berlína. Lokalita blízko verejnej dopravy, dobrá dostupnosť do centra, veľmi blízko potraviny, lekáreň a drogéria.

Cons:

Výťah pôsobil dosť opotrebovane, čo sa funkčnosti týka. Nábytkové plochy a dvere boli špinavé, na polstrovanom nábytku boli škvrny, toaleta bola vnútri zanesená kameňom.
