Pros:

Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich. Auch die Reinigungskräfte waren sehr nett!

Cons:

Es roch sehr muffig. Im Flur und Aufzug. Im Groben war es sauber, aber Details dann eben nicht: Seifenflasche in der Dusche war klebrig, Haare in der Badewanne, Licht flackerte leicht im Bad...Leider wurde ich nach der sehr freundlichen Begrüßung zu Beginn nicht mehr beachtet beim Eintreten, daher gab es keine Gelegenheit der Rückmeldung.
Insgesamt hätte ich für den Preis weniger Abnutzungserscheinungen erwartet. Aber es ist ok gewesen.

Mobiliar etwas abgewohnt, aber dennoch saubere Zimmer und sehr bequeme Betten

Las instalaciones muy buenas. El personal muy amable, y la ubicación aunque no era céntrica, estaba junto a una estación de tren y tranvía.

It was really pleasant place to stay for the weekend!
Pros:

The room was really clean and spacious. There was enough space to leave luggage, personal items. Space in the bathroom was also good, also enough space for cosmetics etc. Place to sit was also great, you didn't have to sit on the bed.

Cons:

Breakfasts were a little bit sad. There was almost no vegetables, just three little bowls. The rest was ok.

Lage mit Tram um die Ecke die direkt zum Hauptbahnhof fährt oder auch sehr gut mit S-Bahn erreichbar.

Pros:

Wir kamen nun schon zum 4. Mal in dieses Hotel, das verkehrstechnisch gesehen recht günstig liegt.

Cons:

Allerdings bemerken wir einen zunehmenden "Verfall" und wegfallende Serviceleistungen. Der Fahrstuhl scheint in die Jahre gekommen zu sein, die Teppiche in den Fluren sind fleckig und abgenutzt. Die Zimmer sind ok, aber bieten z.B. kein Willkommenswasser mehr.
Auch für das Zitronenwasser bei der Rezeption gibt es nur noch Mini-Becherchen. Das schnellere Online Ein- und Auschecken macht den ganzen Aufenthalt auch nicht persönlicher. Wir kommen trotzdem gerne wieder!!!
