Es war toll. Wir waren zu viert und unsere Zimmer wurden direkt nebeneinander ausgegeben. Sehr nettes Personal.
Pros:

Super Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Personal war herzlich, hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Rezeption und Frühstück überaus zuvorkommend

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt über dem Eingang. Viele Leute haben vor der Lobby geraucht. Das zog leider immer in unser Zimmer.

Empfehlenswert für Konzertbesuch in Palladium oder E-Werk
Pros:

Das Zimmer war großzügig, wir hatten schon kleinere. Das Fenster ließ sich kippen, das ist auch nicht überall möglich. Dass sich einige Stockwerke tiefer darunter die Raucherecke des Restaurants befindet, hat man glücklicherweise nicht gerochen. Es gab auf dem Schreibtisch wenigstens noch einen kleinen Block und einen Bleistift - leider ist diese eigentlich schöne Hotelsitte, dass man etwas notieren kann, ja inzwischen fast ausgestorben. Sehr schön war, dass wir getrennte Betten wählen konnten und jeder zwei Kissen zur Verfügung hatte. Und auch, dass Kaffee- und Teezubereitung möglich war. Trotz belebter Straße vor dem Hotel nachts erstaunlich ruhig. Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend beim Empfang - vielen Dank!

Cons:

Hygieneartikel muss man inzwischen an der Rezeption erbitten - wer macht das schon? Vielleicht ein Minusposten des Hotels, wenn Leute sie mitnehmen, aber Nähzeug, Ohrenstäbchen etc. waren ja auch zur Verfügung, das kostet doch nicht viel... Das Badezimmer müsste irgendwann mal saniert werden, es gibt zwar einen neuen Boden und auch die Waschgelegenheit ist neu, aber die Fliesen und die Duscharmatur haben ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich. Wackelkontakte bei den Nachttischlampen, die Stehlampe haben wir nicht einschalten können. Das Bügeleisen ist überflüssig - wer bügelt denn auf dem Zimmer - und worauf wird dann gebügelt, auf dem Bett? Brandgefahr!

Ist in Ordnung, aber nicht unbedingt empfehlenswert
Cons:

Zuerst waren wir in einem Zimmer, wo das Fenster auch nicht komplett zu ging. Danach wurden wir in ein anderes Zimmer gebracht, wo dann der Föhn nicht funktioniert hat.
Generell wirkte das Hotel nicht so modern und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht ganz.

Wasserkocher, Kaffeezubehör, Kühlschrank und Bügeleisen vorhanden. Betten bequem. Personal nett. Zimmer geräumig. Frühstück gute Auswahl.

Cons:

Lose Halterung für Klobürste, Seife sehr stark parfümiert. Zimmer zur Straße sehr laut.

Pratique pour aller voir un concert au Palladium. Un petit chemin de promenade est possible le long du Rhin, mais c'est à peu près tout. Cologne reste accessible avec les transports en commun.

Cons:

La réservation indiquait "un grand lit", mais il s'agissait de deux lits individuels accolés, avec des couvertures séparées.
