It was overall a good stay.
Pros:

The property was approachable. Rooms were nice and clean as staff was friendly. Kanan, Reema and Varun were amazing. They were kind, informative and really helpful.

It was a fantastic experience and i would love to visit again.
Pros:

Staff is very good and very customer focused. very polite and professional. I got Jain meal as requested. Proactively they prepared Jain meal for me . Not experienced ever in my entire career.

Very bad experience with Ek Five Hotel.. Water was leaking in the bathroom WiFi was not working in room no. 1705 made 25 calls for TV then got tired next day at checkout the staff asked to change the room. Very bad room change offer at checkout. waste of money. not recommended.
