Stayed for a conference in a good location but not cheap.
Pros:

Excellent location near major rail termini. Comfortable spacious room. Good lively bar. Excellent conference facilities. Food for meeting good.

Cons:

Never mastered the heating/air con. Shower lacked power. 1 lift out of order both days lead to queue/crowding in the mornings.

Ideal spot for a short stay in central London.
Pros:

Great location, comfortable, well appointed and sound proofed rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and good cocktails!

Cons:

Couldn’t done with an additional mirror in the main bedroom area - but a minor feedback point, rather than a negative.
