Great location to King’s Cross and St Pancras station
Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms. Great view from escalators over London skyline.
It’s a little on expensive side but as they say you get what you pay for.
Liked the lobby decor. The room was a good size, bathroom compact but perfectly nice. Staff very helpful. The location was great for travelling in and out of Kings Cross and it’s convenient to walk to restaurants in Coal Drops Yard.

location to tube and train stations. the breakfast which we paid extra for to have included in our stay, was very good and consistent. lots of good options for that meal.
Management was VERY responsive to our concern about the HEAT /temp in room - extremely hot in the room and moved us to a different room on 1st floor which was very good. the TV in the room wasnt working and never worked for the entire stay. But management was responsive, and couldnt change out the small TV by the couch. The room did have one working TV in the room.
The cool vibe of the hotel and central location . Rooms were comfortable size and very clean rooms .

Property is nice and well located - good rooms and nice restaurant. Booked last minute but was able to check in around 12:00
Room was good but aircon was not on so if was unbearably hot. Asked reception staff and told aircon not on as on “winter settings”. Normally an open window would solve but with room overlooking a busy and noisy Euston Road this is not possible!! Should be flexible on use on aircon!!
There is a lot that is offered for breakfast. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The room was quiet. The location was okay although you can see there have been some issues in the area in the past.
The frosted bathroom door is a complete no for me. When you are not staying with your spouse or something like that, that door is a problem. You can still see through it.
