Great hotel and definitely my go to when staying in London.
Pros:

The room was very surprising regarding the size considering most London hotels have very small dimensions, the Pullman had a great sized room with really comfortable facilities and a wonderful bed and the bedding was of very high quality. It had everything you could need, 24hr room service (we arrived late due to a late flight), extra pillows, table and chairs to eat at.

Cons:

Room service could have been quicker or at least more informative, I had to call to ask about the status of our order after a considerable wait. A call to say they were busy would have negated that need. They also did not listen fully to my order. I asked for the removal of an ingredient, they repeated it back to me then failed to apply the change I asked for. The only other issue, I know they may not be able to change is; there was no ramp into the hotel, it was steps and not easy for someone with heavy cases and a walking stick, though the staff were very helpful in dealing with the heavy cases.

Świetna lokalizacja, dobre śniadanie, polecam
Pros:

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko stacji metra St.Pancras. Śniadania smaczne, aczkolwiek trochę dziwnie rozwiązanie z gorącymi napojami, jak kawa czy herbata. Trzeba zamawiać u kelnerów i raczej jak już się jedną wypije to ciężko dostać drugą. Świetne lobby z barem.

Cons:

Pokoje nie są nowoczesne, ale też niczego im nie brakuje.

J’ai été très déçue. J’y ai séjourné il y a quelques années et j’en gardais un souvenir mémorable. J’ai donc décidé d’y revenir.
La chambre était quelconque voir un peu vieillissante, 2 des 3 ascenseurs étaient en panne créant un embouteillage monstre. Quand au petit déjeuner qui était exceptionnel lors de mon premier séjour a largement diminué de qualité.
