Very bad behaviour

I have booked the room at 11pm at night they will tell me tomorrow 10.30 am yo will check out and second problem is we booked the full room some cold rinks are kept inside the fridge and some snack are kept in the tray 2 bottles of water bottle 20rs price and 5 rupay namkeen moong dal of Haldiram ,masala kaju badam and biscuits they will charged of 20 rupees Paani bottle at 70 rupees extra all this they will be extra charged

Poor hospitality especially a bell boy mintu
Pros:

Hotel was good everything was ok but there is a bell boy name Mintu he was sitting on reception which is not his job he was very rude indiscipline and honestly I was with some guest or I would have showed him how to behave,
Pls try to avoid talking to mintu not expected from lords,
Mr Bansal this would be the real dent for your chain a person was extremely rude.

Front Office staff rudely
Pros:

We came for check-in, but at the front office, a staff member named Mr. Uvesh was speaking very rudely and angrily during the check-in process. It seemed like he neither had the willingness to check us in nor the interest to work properly. Even when we asked about small things, he replied in an irritated and aggressive manner. The front office staff definitely needs improvement in terms of behavior and professionalism.
