Comfortable and cosy
Pros:

Nice and warm when entering the room. Heater was on . Rooms were nice and clean 👌. Friendly staff on arrival. It's the best place to stay, l always feel welcome and comfortable when l stay.

There was nothing l didn't like about my room or the service that was available

Clean and tidy. Close to play equipment for kids and a family bistro.

Cons:

Lack of towels and when we asked to get another couple of towel was simply told we only supply one per bed space.

Pros:

I liked the layout of the room, the staff were clear with their instructions and when I gave them feedback in the morning they were attentive and wrote down what needed to be tended to in the room.

Cons:

I alerted the staff to the jets not working in the spa and the tv remote buttons.
