Good location, easy to travel where needed from there
Only issue is the mattress was too hard
Amazing location on the river, great restaurant attached and wonderful staff all around.
The location.
There were signs everywhere in the room threatening to fine guests for not keeping the bathroom door closed in case steam set off the fire alarms, smoking or vaping also. The TV had the most basic and difficult to navigate TV options. No streaming or pay TV availability. Free to air only. There was no breakfast service available. The rooms were reasonably clean but very outdated. This was an emergency stay due to flooding and I am a local, and was given no discount. This is a disappointing property for Bundaberg being the only one on the river. Over priced stay for no real value.
The view and the bed were both great. The staff were great.

The bed was so so bad.

Nothing. Booked the Riverside Hotel and due to them overbooking we were moved to the international motel which the Burnett Hotel regarded as ‘like for like accomodation’. It is in no way comparable and much cheaper than what was actually booked - very disappointing.
