Comfy and close to everything
Pros:

The beds were comfy and the location convenient.

Cons:

Our choice had shower in bath tub. Next time would be nice to select a separate shower.

Comfortable stay in a great location.

Great location, comfortable & clean.
The food in the restaurant was lovely & the buffet breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Only small things;
On 2 of the 3 days we were only supplied with 1 flannel for the 2 of us!
Milk was not replenished the first morning.

Outstanding customer service
Pros:

The receptionist noted I was limping and proactively assisted me, and changed my room to ensure I had a walk in shower and close parking. This was offered and did not have to be requested. It made me feel seen as a customer!
