Will not be back and will not recommend this place

Not much as we were moved from the room that we had paid for that we wanted to be in because another group came in they just shoved us to another apartment

Cons:

It wasn’t the apartment we paid for that they promised us ,that and because another group came we got shoved to this two story apartment which wasn’t very clean ,had a lot of stairs and I have major back problems and was not even contacted or asked if we were happy to move, so it was not what we paid for ,the bed was so uncomfortable and unless you were sleeping right in the middle you just slid right down the edge and the second night I basically didn’t sleep. I was so so sore.

Book a room, you won’t regret it.
Pros:

Everything. I’m a frequent traveller for business reasons and have stayed here before. I made a last minute decision to take my partner away for a weekend and this place was one that I knew she would love, which she did. The restaurant was and is as good as any top restaurants.

Cons:

Even as a seasoned traveller for business reasons I simply can’t fault it.

False advertising.
No 2 restaurants
No pool
The gym was smaller the the rooms bathroom
No sauna
Eftpos not working to pay for anything. Credit card only .
Breakfast was bland and looked like it was a big hassles just to provide it .
Not only will I never stay at this hotel again .
I will never stay at any mecure anywhere ever again or any affiliated hotel .

Comfy bed, clean and a great for a short stay

Good size room, bed was comfy. Quick check in process.

Cons:

Resturant as closed until further notice... would have appreciated a heads up prior to arrival. After a long day onsite that was very annoying to discover.
And the carpet to the bedroom from bathroom was all torn up - Room is very dated.
Outside my room there was what seemed like a public walkway - very dark.... need some lighting for saftey.

Still - comfortable and clean for one night.

Beautiful property, great facilities

Cons:

We had no hot water in evening/ night for showers! When we tried calling reception there was no answer. Main bed was 2 singles pushed together and you could clearly feel the groove in between, needed a better topper or something.
