Location, gardens were the only things we liked!
Pros:

The walk around the garden path was good.

Cons:

Staff coming from kitchen to help change an electric sign - hope they washed their hands afterwards!
Shower in the bath - very difficult for seniors to step that high without some form of support.
Glass panel over the bathroom door does nothing for sleepers in the middle of the night - it lights up the bedroom.

Pros:

The surroundings were great.

Cons:

We had a man burst into our room at 2am in the morning demanding that this was his room. He had a key card as well as us. I'm not sure what happened but it was very frightening as I had my daughter with me as well as my granddaughter. I hope this gets looked into because it could have turned out a lot worse.

Scenery'

Cons:

The fish didn't taste fully cooked and didn't look under cooked halfway through 1 st piece, didn't eat the other piece of fish.
Breakfast was not as good as it was a few years ago, also not as good selection as before.

The bedroom, the curtain on my side was short just up above the headboard allowing the light outside, keeping me awake, the netting under the curtain was long hanging over the headboard it kept hitting my head.
The globe in the bathroom was so bright in the middle of the night it woke my husband
Did tell the waitress about my meal but I ended up walking out

Spa perfection
Pros:

Lovely comfortable room well appointed close to the day spa. Pretty surroundings water feature gardens were peaceful and calm. Breakfast was great loads of variety, including made to order eggs. Hot fresh food was regularly refilled, and the staff were delightful.

Cons:

Allotted carpark attached to our unit was very narrow

Good location but dark room
Pros:

Convenient location to visit Sovereign Hill

Cons:

Room was terribly dark.
People leaving hotel early in the morning created a lot of noise as they pulled cases over walkway outside our room. A smooth finish would reduce that noise
