The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Rooms were a bit of a vintage style which we didn’t mind. Very close to the Sovereign Hill which made it very convenient.
The A/C reverse cycle unit should be more powerful as it barely heated up the room.

My room was at the far back part of the property, and it was a little difficult to navigate in the dark and in the rain. It was a very long way to walk from reception and I felt a little isolated but it was very comfortable when I got there

The TV/movies did not work
Beautiful property and the location is so close to Sovereign Hill so we just walked there. No need to worry about parking. Nearby also have lots of choices of food
The room is a bit old but it is the style. Pretty clean and spacious

The room was large and modern, the bathroom especially is a highlight. There is plenty of parking, and beautiful grounds all around. Being located opposite sovereign hill was perfect for us as we visited that day.
The $25 charge for the set up of a portacot. The standard amongst other hotels is its included.
