Very nice gardens and surroundings
Rooms tended to be old fashioned and dark during the daytime
It was a nice location
The bar fridge was the smallest I’ve ever seen and there was no microwave or toaster. There was enough room to put a couch. The spa was only available to use as a bath.
The units we’ll looked after
Maybe a table for the kettle and coffee and tea would be nice
have had breakfast here before which was very poor, but on this occasion breakfast was quite good.
Bathroom hilite internal window needs a blind. Very bright in the night when visiting the bathroom.
Great location and modern rooms, plenty of parking and well maintained gardens.
Lack of warm or hot water so showers were freezing.
Room, bed, setting,
Shampoo bottle didn't work. No carpark for Room #1 and other people in hostel rooms took all the carparks.
Room looked nice and was clean bed was comfortable
The fridge didn’t work
The gardens and setting were absolutely beautiful.
The rooms for a 41/2 stars were disappointing,
The food for breakfast was cold and for $$30 a head was embarrassing.
The Bed was fine as was the shower.
Unmaintained car parks caused damage to our vehicle within the first five minutes of arrival, which was a very poor start to the stay. The bathroom exhaust fan ran continuously 24/7, making it extremely difficult to sleep. On top of that, an external air-conditioning compressor cycled on and off throughout the night and was loud enough to repeatedly wake us.
The room itself was lacking in basic functionality, with no drawer space available to store clothing. Cleanliness and attention to detail were also below expectations, with a visible spider web above the bedhead. The layout was odd as well — a picture was used as a bedhead, positioned directly opposite a television, which felt impractical and poorly thought out.
Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not meet basic comfort or maintenance standards.
Overall, the stay was disappointing and significantly overpriced, costing around $400 more than a full serviced apartment in Melbourne despite only being a single room.
Large bed, renovated bathrooms, great location to the city, peaceful location
Car parking wasn't always easy to find close by to room.
