The hotel is good stay for the value and location. The staff are very good. Housekeeping staff Nandi, restaurent staff in bar - Koti and in coffee shop were very good. Will come back because of the pleasent welcome at reception by Krishna Reddy and staff at hotel.

Pros:

Staff doesn’t know how to operate on business travel level. Refuse to make changes when I easily could have done it myself, and refused to allow to do so. Wait staff smells. bathroom towels not changed, just folded and put back. Shower floods, and bedsheets had stains. all staff constantly looking for a tip, but don’t do anything worth tipping.

The property was in very good location. It was well maintained and staff were excellent. The rooms need to be renovated and USB outlets added. We stayed for extended period as needed to attend family functions.

The housekeeping staff were excellent and Umesh was outstanding. He was always checking to provide any services needed. Ramesh from concierge was also good.

The buffet restaurent was very good. Rajesh Berry checked everyday with a smile.

Good location but outdated rooms
Pros:

The hotel location was great, close to Benz circle & a lot of food joints. The rooms are very outdated with old designs. The shower area of my room was getting flooded when using it. Wifi was nice & fast (10 mbps) but only available inside the room & not the lobby, restaurant etc. Hot breakfast was served with many items that were available to be ordered on a live counter.
