Their breakfast needs to be over at a later time. Many people come right at 9:00 or a little later. They should in their breakfast at 9: 30am at least...

Executive suite does not have a double pull out couch. Only a single. Be careful when booking to ensure it fits your needs. Stains on lamp shades

There was a fire alarm one morning at around 8:30, which appropriately summoned the fire department. When they allowed us back in after clearing the building, it was just before 9 AM which is the cutoff time for the breakfast. As we got back in the kitchen staff was asking the food away, and I asked if we could get a few extra minutes because of the evacuation order, and she said "no, over at 9AM". She was not fluent in english, and I'm assuming she thought she must totally follow her instructions to close, but perhaps the management could do more instruction on customer service and how to deal with an uncommon situation.
Also, the premade breakfast sandwiches were barely edible. Everything else during our stay was pretty good!

Loved our stay here. Very quiet and conveniently located close to family we visited.

Just ok accommodations. Stains on couch and lamp shades. Whole building fire alarm set off by bacon - staff didn’t react, probably happens often. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Hotel under construction renovation so very loud with workers and equipment starting 7:30 am, right next door to us and all along same floor. Hotel was otherwise pretty empty. Staff new and unaware of surrounding amenities, didn't know about how to use door dash or calling out to get food, etc (no dining room). Also 19 miles from O'Hare, so $85 taxi to get there (not 8.5 miles as noted on Hotels.com site).

The hotel was close and convenient to my son's apartment. We had to change our reservation to a different date, and we did have some trouble with the manager after we checked out. She wasn't very kind to me on the phone. Expedia took care of the issue for us, and I am very grateful for that.

Pretty quiet, not too crowded. Not much walking distance but I loved the gym amenity! Will be back for my next Chicago stay

Carpet was filthy, bugs were flying all around and were present in the air conditioner, bathtub was slippery and dirty, internet was spotty.
I won’t stay there again

The room needs a bit ventilation and feel stuffed but other than that, it’s was a great stay

Staff was friendly we really felt very comfortable and there breakfast was great as well

Clean rooms, good breakfast, pool and hot tub facility, all day tea, coffee and enough parking....things to improve: insulation between rooms, freezer compartment in fridge...overall excellent in this price

The place is just tired/old. Everything was simply ok. AC was nearly impossible to adjust. My wife was freaked out by a huge spider that crawled into the bed.

I appreciated my 8 day stay. The beds were comfortable and it was safe, quiet and clean.
