Very noisy inefficient air conditioning
Good location near everything we needed.
Our room smelt of cigarettes for the 2 days that we were there. We couldn’t see the view of the river as the windows were smeary. The breakfast was very basic, the worst we had throughout our 10 days travelling. When these points were brought up with the manager, he refused to admit that our room smelt once he had been up there (we probably weakened the smell by getting ready and spraying ourselves and the room) and therefore refused to give us a discount. He also claimed that the breakfast was a standard breakfast, however the other quality inn we stayed in was 10 times better.

Great location near a gas station and eating places. We had a room that overlooked the river and it was so quiet. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. After a long day at the festival in Aspen, it was nice to have no issues checking in or with the room. All of the people we encountered were very nice! The breakfast was good! There was a good selection like eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit, juice, and coffee. Thank you for a great stay!

The location was great. The atmosphere was wonderful. Felt like I was at home. The rooms were beautiful. I like the carpet the showers and value was great and the front desk guy Adrian he was very knowledgeable on things to do good places to eat. He had a great attitude and he was a very awesome guy. And I got to talk to him for a while and the other front desk lady I think her name was Jodee. They were so funny.I had a little bit of a rough day but as soon as I came in there, they brighten my day up. They are very good workers I greatly appreciate them and we will keep doing business with a La Quinta. Thank you all

Everything was good other than the disturbance next door
This was the Non-Quality Inn. While we were staying I kept wanting to leave a scathing review, and then good customer service from one person at the end made me pull back. A few months later, the overall experience stands out and I think other families should be warned. Among other things, there was a daily $50 additional charge for booking through a third party (Expedia), the pool was Arctic, at one point there was a nasty smell that didn't dissipate for hours, our toilet overflowed and instead of sending help they sent my 8-year-old (who I had sent running for help) with a plunger. It was only after dealing with a horrible toilet for about 15 hours that a human came to help, and he was great. One great human there does not salvage the overall experience at this "Quality" (ha!) Inn.
Location, large room with 2 queen beds. A lot of bathroom counter space. Easy access to freeway. Only a couple minutes from downtown.
No gym.
