Cons:

When we arrived there were no bedding for the child (for sofa bed). When we asked to bring it, lady in front office was very unpolite - she acts like its not a problem.

It was a short, great stay. The front desk staff was so kind, I believe her name was Kathy. She was so friendly and help

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Exactly as advertised.

Cons:

It’s not that we didn’t like anything but I would say something’s were a little outdated but nothing completely wrong.

Decent place to stay!
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. They breakfast was decent choices of cold cereal, make your own waffles, eggs, sausages, mini muffins, apple juice, orange juice and coffee. The hotel itself was very clean.

Cons:

It wasn't as close to the Hot Springs as I had hoped. The shower rod looked like it was ready to fall off and the curtain didn't close all the way. They charge a Tourism fee!
