It was okay, but will not come again due to unfriendly staff
Cons:

The breakfast did not rotate at all. Could use another toaster. Hard butter for your toast and waffles. Would ask for something from front desk, and they would say that they would have to find someone to do that, which never happened within the half hour.

Roach in room!!!
Cons:

Found a roach in the bathroom the morning we were checking out. The rug was already quite dirty, but we overlooked it since it was just a one-night stay. However, finding a roach was unacceptable. I brought it to the attention of the front desk, but they dismissed my concern, insisting it was a “different type of bug” without even looking at the photos I took. It was absolutely a roach.

Hotels have a responsibility to provide clean, safe, and habitable accommodations, and unfortunately, that was not the case here. Very disappointed with both the cleanliness and the way the staff handled the situation.

Pros:

Front staff was nice and helpful.

Cons:

Room was dirty, chips on the floor and pillow covers were dirty. The whole facility had dirty floors and seemed like they hadn't been cleened in weeks.
Breakfast was alright, but not many options.

Room was very clean, hotel entry way, elevator unacceptable
Pros:

I called early 6am to see if I could get a tooth brush. No answer, no one at the desk.

Cons:

The elevator was so filthy, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in forever.

I expect a clean and finished suite for $300 per night.
Cons:

We paid $300 for a King Suite with a sofa.
NO sofa, the room had new paint (we smelled paint all night, windows wouldn’t open)
The bathroom was in the middle of a remodel, the entire hotel was being renovated all at once. The “new” furniture looked like it was purchased from Walmart. The elevator was half down with new flooring and old carpet.
There was poop on the shower curtain!! Gross!
The shower knob was broken, so the water was Hot or Cold.
