Lady at front desk seemed a little upset when I asked why they needed a deposit

Great Hotel
Pros:

Hotel is in a great location near lots of shopping and restaurants with the beach a short drive away. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice.

Country Inn & Suites in Rehoboth is Convenient, Comfortable, Clean & Affordable
Pros:

We have stayed here three or four times and it has proven its value and convenience to us. It's a 10-minute walk to Silver Lake and about the same to Dewey Beaches. Hotel is mostly, modern, updated and clean. We like the king suites...very comfortable bed. Front desk and breakfast staff are very helpful.

The breakfast is great and the location was excellent. The staff was very pleasant.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

There was only one door on the shower and I can't figure out why that was and also there should be a table in the little adjoining room so that people can play games or whatever in that little extra area with the couch

Really nice place to stay
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was very clean and spacious and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. Great breakfast with ample room and seating, plus the man taking care of the breakfast room was so personable and helpful, and the room was spotless. Hotel is very conveniently located close to the beach with tons of restaurants and other amenities just down the street. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean, but bare and shoddy. Not the quality we expected for the price.
Pros:

Room was clean. Staff was nice. We didn't partake in the breakfast, but it looked decent enough.

Cons:

The room was bare in terms of any storage. Only 3 small drawers, no closet. No safe for valuables. The bathroom door jamb was out of alignment and didn't close properly. There was a giant crack in the bathroom mirror and there were poorly patched chunks in the bathroom wall. Only 1 towel hook in bathroom (There were 3 of us). There was nowhere to rinse off after the beach (In a beach town). The pool was cloudy and freezing even though it was advertised as climate controlled. Not the quality we expected for the price.

Overall, it was good-housekeeping could have been more thorough.
Pros:

Check-in reception was good and our room was upgraded, which was a nice surprise. We enjoyed the pool, since the beach was a bit rough that day. It was also nice to have hot breakfast in the morning. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Cons:

When we got into our room, both of the Queen bedspreads looked like coffee had been spilled on them and it was noticeable. Also, the refrigerator had not been cleaned. We asked housekeeping to change out the spreads and to clean the fridge. The fridge and one of the bed spreads was changed out. We were disappointed that only one of the spreads was changed because the stains were obvious.
