Overall my stay was wonderful !
Pros:

The breakfast was good! Location was great we walked to the beach and other places

Cons:

The water through the sink and shower was making loud noises probably caused by low pressure I’m not sure ! Also the room was comfy and spacious I just think it could have smelled a little more better it kind of smelled old !

Really nice place to stay
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was very clean and spacious and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. Great breakfast with ample room and seating, plus the man taking care of the breakfast room was so personable and helpful, and the room was spotless. Hotel is very conveniently located close to the beach with tons of restaurants and other amenities just down the street. Would definitely stay there again.

Did not do anything because my parent got overdrawn when they overcharged me for the room it was a wasted stay

I got charged double with overdraft in my bank account. I paid through booking and they charged my debit card again for the for this stay at $896 twice which overdrew my bank account and all my bills out biggest inconvenience still have not received my money back booking will not talk to me also they were wires hanging out of the wall that they did not come and take care of or give me a different room. The microwave did not work properly. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

Overall, it was good-housekeeping could have been more thorough.
Pros:

Check-in reception was good and our room was upgraded, which was a nice surprise. We enjoyed the pool, since the beach was a bit rough that day. It was also nice to have hot breakfast in the morning. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Cons:

When we got into our room, both of the Queen bedspreads looked like coffee had been spilled on them and it was noticeable. Also, the refrigerator had not been cleaned. We asked housekeeping to change out the spreads and to clean the fridge. The fridge and one of the bed spreads was changed out. We were disappointed that only one of the spreads was changed because the stains were obvious.

Clean, but bare and shoddy. Not the quality we expected for the price.
Pros:

Room was clean. Staff was nice. We didn't partake in the breakfast, but it looked decent enough.

Cons:

The room was bare in terms of any storage. Only 3 small drawers, no closet. No safe for valuables. The bathroom door jamb was out of alignment and didn't close properly. There was a giant crack in the bathroom mirror and there were poorly patched chunks in the bathroom wall. Only 1 towel hook in bathroom (There were 3 of us). There was nowhere to rinse off after the beach (In a beach town). The pool was cloudy and freezing even though it was advertised as climate controlled. Not the quality we expected for the price.
