Staff is amazing! Very friendly and welcoming! The rooms are really clean and the breakfast is decent.
The beds are uncomfortable. We had a suit with a sofa bed that was very uncomfortable due to the mattress being extremely thin. We had to place the mattress on the floor in order for the kids to sleep.
Great location. A relaxed 10 min in the shade of trees through the fancy neighborhood to a less crowded beach.
The breakfast was good, but the eggs were creepy made of powder , and the breakfast room was always very crowded and noisy. They need more staff in the kitchen.
Free breakfast
We weren’t made aware that the pool was out of service until the day we arrived. Although we received pool passes at another location, it was a little inconvenient because of the distance.
Also, the bathroom in the room was not well ventilated, and had mold on the ceiling. Lastly, a few of our the key cards were not working, and the one that worked I initially, stopped working after the 2nd day.
breakfast was ok, room was not to good, not clean smell horrible.
smell
Location. I liked that it was on the cusp of Dewey and Rehoboth. I thought because it said Marriott I could expect a particular standard. Pool wasn’t available. You had to ask for cleaning and towels . Breakfast was ok and man who ran it was very nice. Main problem was noise . Doors slamming.. no insulation from rooms .. I stayed at Bon Voy Marriott in Rehoboth last year for $20 more and it’s a great. I will go there next time. Or find a hotel
With an outdoor pool. Indoor would have been nice for coming back from Beach.
Most of it .
Always a great experience. We stay here annually.
Breakfast.
Broken pool.
Great breakfast. Easy walk to beach
Nothing
Room was incredibly dirty to the point of disgusting. We had to ask twice for cleaners to come in and fix obvious problems, like congealed chocolate milk dripping down the side of the bedside table. The bathroom door had most of its painted ripped off and the walls were incredibly dirty throughout.
Solo la ubicación
Es sucio, no te hacen la habitación a menos que lo pidas todos los días, la pileta estaba clausurada y el desayunador era un comedero inundado de olores. Feísimo!!
Breakfast was subpar. No meat unless you got there early, weekend hours should be extended beyond 10am, not much variety. Elevator was slow, pool was closed, and key cards did not work the first day. They offered a one day pass to a pool that was 5 miles away, which took 25 minutes with traffic and that hotel and pool were exceptional. We will be staying there next year!
The staff were friendly and made every effort to accommodate me and my family.
Upon our arrival at the hotel, we were surprised to find that, despite the website stating that parking was free, we were immediately charged a $15 fee to park in the lot. This unexpected cost was just the beginning of a series of issues we encountered during our stay.
During check-in, the front desk staff informed us that the electronic keypad for accessing our room was malfunctioning. As a result, we were unable to enter our room independently and had to wait for a staff member to escort us to our door. This reliance on assistance added a level of inconvenience that was frustrating after a long day of travel.
To further compound our disappointment, we learned that the pool was closed due to a health department order. As a substitute, management provided us with passes to use the facilities at another hotel, which was a ten-minute drive away. While we appreciated the attempt to accommodate us, it was inconvenient and not what we had originally anticipated.
The following morning brought even more distressing news. As we began our preparations for the day, a significant portion of the bathroom ceiling unexpectedly collapsed, narrowly missing my nephew's head. The sudden crash left us in shock and heightened our concerns about the safety and maintenance of the property. This incident was extremely distressing and made us feel anxious about our safety during our stay.
Breakfast that morning brought a new wave of chaos. The host appeared visibly overwhelmed, scrambling to handle multiple responsibilities. As I stood by the counter waiting for my waffle, I was horrified to witness a disturbing incident. The host reached into the trash can with his bare hand, seemingly oblivious to hygiene protocols. He then proceeded to clean the trash can without washing his hands, and without a care in the world, attempted to hand me the waffle fresh off the griddle.
Staff was friendly. Location was great and near pretty much everything.
First the indoor pool was not operational. Booked here mainly for that purpose. They gave us voucher to their sister pool that was about 10 min away. First night was rough. Hall way smelled, one of our bed had wet pee soaked in the bed, took over an hour and half and 2 attempts to get someone in our room to bring a cot (it was already past midnight and kids were so tired) but instead they brought a thin floor mattress for my husband to sleep on. Not ideal since floor was smelly and dirty. Room smelled like pee because of the pee soaked bed so had to sleep through that and drain in the shower was clogged and filled tub with dirty water when we showered. Next day they gave us a different room which thankfully was better. Free breakfast was decent but they dont restock 30 min before end of breakfast so they were out of most food if you go 30 min before end of breakfast.
They over charged me $ 154.00 in addition I had paid for same accommodation.
100% transparent.
The location
Nothing
Location was decent, Guy that was running Breakfast is amazing
The pool is closed by the “department of health” weird smell when you walk in, the hallway on our floor smelled like a used car box. The water damaged ceiling above our bathtub that had a plastic patch over it
Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. John who made the waffles was awesome!
Pool was closed by state health board our entire stay and this is why we chose this hotel. Vouches were given for another property but with traffic it was 20 minutes away. Also, no mention of parking fee until we arrived and told it was $10 per night.
