Good value for the price.
Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate but sparse. The lobby is uninspired I but the staff was pleasant. The price was very good.

Hotel manager was wonderful..
Pros:

It was very noisy..we could hear the doorbell early in the morning. Also the noise from other guests in the hallway.
It was cold so we put on the heater...which smelled like it was burning. The man at the desk had to open the windows and fix something..he brought me an extra blanket to keep me warm while he fixed it.
There was very little available for breakfast so we went to Dunkin to get coffee and breakfast.

Very bad loud smelly of fumes and nothing worked

First off it was nothing like the online statement presented. There was no coffee pots in any of the rooms. I drink coffee all day and night. The rooms and hall smelt like paint fumes and chemicals so strong I had to use my inhaler. I asked what was it the guy behind the counter said new paint. He then said I can bring some smell good to put in your room. I thanked him but declined as there where already enough fumes in the air. Once I checked into the room, the TV did not work. I then tried to use the phone to call the front desk but that did not work either so I walked back to the front desk to let them know that nothing was working. The young lady said ohhh I can get the maintenance guy to come and check will that be ok it will be around 10 pm. I advised her no I will be asleep by then as I had to work the next morning.. later about 6pm I walked back to the front desk to ask if there was a gym or a hot tub since the pool was lime green and I was not getting in there. She advised no we dont have that. I then asked what time was breakfast she advised 6am so I went to bed. The next morning I packed my things about 7am to check out and went down stairs for the continental breakfast or so I thought. There was only coffee with so many grounds you had to sip off the top carefully. There was cereal and toast milk and juice I am not sure what happened to the rest of what should have been there but there was nothing. I don't eat cereal so I checked out and left. I have never stay in a place like there nor will I ever be back.
