Convenient location, decent breakfast included and also chili later in the evening. Nice pool area, everything seemed clean!
My balcony door did not lock, only shut. The sink in the bathroom was slow draining and my room lock malfunctioned a lot.

Very nice people work there and the place is safe. If you're lucky, you'll get a partial view of the ocean. Just across from the Dee River Wayside beach park and a great Chinese restaurant - Lee's - w/in walking distance.
Had trouble with TV and phone did not work. Beds were comfortable. Would stay here again.
The pool
When we arrive at 4:30pm the front desk lady was super mad and frustrated the system didn’t work plus she told me come back later to check in, we wait 20min to check in, the room they provided had fleece and so much dog hair in the couch and so bad smell I go downstairs and told the front desk I’m not staying in this room is not clean smell so bad and I see fleece in the couch she said well we are pet friendly and she provide me another room but that room was soaked in water in the bathroom room the sink was leaking I call front desk for the second time report the issue and the lady was mad she said well you can go somewhere else I told her no I need to talk to someone above you and she told me let me call my bass 10 minutes later she told me come to the front desk I’m moving you to differ room but that’s the last room you getting if you don’t like it you need to leave I told her this is not my fault the rooms is not in good condition and she told me well that’s up to booking company at that point I was very frustrated my husband was mad we have very bad experience.
The place has a comfortable warm feel to it. The room I was in was a little bit dated as far as decor and paint definitely needs a facelift. The tub needs to be replaced. Other than that, I will definitely stay here again.
We had an excellent stay. The room was spacious which was great for a family. The room was mostly quiet. The pool and hot tub were a must have with kids. The breakfast was okay.
Rooms were clean, had view of ocean- bonus! Staff at desk very nice, and made the best cookies we've ever had!

The property is very dirty and grimy. It did not rain yet there was a leak of water coming from the roof where the cars parked. Someone should definitely check the pipes! Looks dangerous! To the left of the property where we park. The whole property needs a remodel and extreme deep clean. Every inch was dirty and just not up kept. The carpets are disgusting and the bathroom floors are filled with grim build up. The pool and hot tub have sand in them and looks like no one ever cleans it. The doors and everything that’s common touched are nasty. Definitely needs a make over!
Weekend getaway with the family. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We always enjoy the chili for supper and the continental breakfast. The beds were clean and comfortable. Hotel is showing signs of wear and tear and could use some updating. The parking lot under the hotel is extremely tight. Friendly hotel staff.

The price was right for one night. Comfortable beds, nice size rooms. Excellent staff. Breakfast was pretty good for a quick bite.
This place needs a good cleaning, all carpeting needs a redo and a good cleaning, walls need a redo, breakfast area furniture is beyond its use by date.
