Good location comfortable bed free breakfast was ok
Dirty floors it said online the pool was working but it was out of service. Services not working should not be listed as open. No extra blankets or pillows.
Comfortable beds and pillows, spacious rooms, good breakfast.
Our room and the hotel didn't smell good. It smelled stuffy and not fresh.

Everything was old ! Soon as we walked in , walls and the carpets looked so old !
The hallways were awful !
In all , the place felt like a $50 per night motel. We were very disappoint !
…It certainly didn’t match its name
The location. It was close to the main part of town and near the beach. Plus there was a small boardwalk on the property and lots of space for your dog to walk around and go potty.
The pool heater wasnt working and it looked really dirty. We didnt use the pool, despite being really excited for it.
Good location
Door on bathroom was getting stuck on the floor wile opening. And shower faucet was not working until the next day.Also coffee needs to be better .
It was centrally located. But the room was worn down and for the price you would hope for more, but I guess inflation hits us all these days.
I liked how centrally located it was and close to the beach.
I have stayed at this hotel before, however was disappointed at the level of run down feeling it had. The gym was mostly broken equipment except the treadmill. The pool heater was broken and too freezing to swim in. The elevator was broken several times. The bathtub was dirty yellow- not stained as after asking to be cleaned it was white after. The sheets had brown steak stains on one of the beds. The carpet was stained all over the hotel with ripped wallpaper lining the halls. The main reason people even stay at this location is 100% because of the beach access across the street, which was closed off and should have informed guests knowing that reason. Apart from the establishment, the staff was always friendly and kind!
The bed had a hump in one side, breakfast was good, parking was terrible and for that reason alone we will not stay here again!
Comfortable bed and pillows.
Elevatprs were down for a portion of our stay. Pool was not heated as advertised and too cold to swim in. The hot tub was barely luke warm until we asked to have it turned up...still not very warm. Breakfast was very much fake eggs and the absolute thinnest cut bacon i have ever had. Probably wont stay here again.

The front desk staff were ok but not overly friendly. The maintenance and other staff were very nice.
Poll wasn't not heated, apparently the heater went out, granddaughter was disappointed.
Our room smelled, they had to give us another room.
The hotel and suite were both very clean. The suite size and amenities were nice. When getting a suite I would like to see a nicer coffee selection than the generic coffee. The breakfast was alright considering. Eggs were a bit runny, bit still good. Biscuits and gravy would be a great addition. All in all, I would recommend anyone staying here.

The pool heater was out and according to staff they had no idea when and if it would be fixed, also the cleaning staff were not helpful and didn’t care about there job
Great stay thanks..looking forward to next stay
We appreciate it an on-site area to walk our small dog. The free hot breakfasts were great. The afternoon chili was delicious. As were the free afternoon cookies. We will stay there again when we return to Lincoln City.
We recently enjoyed a relaxing coastal getaway at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Lincoln City. As Choice Hotel rewards members, we prioritize staying within the brand, and this visit was a positive experience overall.
The staff, particularly Angel and his colleague, were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to place us in a room that exceeded our expectations, which made our stay very comfortable. The hotel was well-maintained in terms of cleanliness, and we appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which allowed us to truly unwind.
While the service and general upkeep were great, there are some maintenance items that need attention; specifically, we noticed wallpaper peeling in the hallways, and the hair dryer was not functional. Despite these minor issues, the hotel offers excellent value, and we had a wonderful time. We would certainly consider staying here again for our next trip to the coast.
The breakfast was very good...I liked the fact that we had coffee available anytime in our room or downstairs..
The bed was comfortable but seemed to have a slope at the head and a slight hump in the middle. Spiderwebs on the balcony.. and the heater was broke in the pool..the hot tub worked though..
The staff were amazing they were kind, friendly and wiling to help if needed.
It was over priced, the reason we booked to stay here was because they had a pool for the kids to swim in and the heater wasn’t working. The kids were very upset because that was the highlight of the stay. Also the hot tub was gross it had a lot of beach sand in it.
The staff were wonderful, very attentive.
The place is aging and needs a refresh.
