My stay was fine and the staff were extremely helpful and kind.
Pros:

Close to the beach and the staff were very kind and helpful.

Cons:

The property is very dirty and grimy. It did not rain yet there was a leak of water coming from the roof where the cars parked. Someone should definitely check the pipes! Looks dangerous! To the left of the property where we park. The whole property needs a remodel and extreme deep clean. Every inch was dirty and just not up kept. The carpets are disgusting and the bathroom floors are filled with grim build up. The pool and hot tub have sand in them and looks like no one ever cleans it. The doors and everything that’s common touched are nasty. Definitely needs a make over!

It was decent.
Pros:

The price was right for one night. Comfortable beds, nice size rooms. Excellent staff. Breakfast was pretty good for a quick bite.

Cons:

This place needs a good cleaning, all carpeting needs a redo and a good cleaning, walls need a redo, breakfast area furniture is beyond its use by date.

Pros:

We always stay at Comfort Inn. In room jacuzzi is always fun. Lincoln City is always great. Staff is amazing, rooms are clean and comfortable for the money its a great deal.

My stay at Comfort Inn Suites in Lincoln City. Close to places to shop, eat and watch the waves.
Pros:

Nice room, comfortable bed lots of amenities. Friendly staff and good service. Noise levels vary as the room facing Highway 101 can be noisy, use your own judgement. The Jacuzzi rooms are nice, and some have gas fireplaces.

Pros:

I visited the Lincoln city Comfort in, room 219. I enjoyed the closeness to the beach and shopping center/ depot bay. The room was very clean. The things I did not like were the following: the parking spaces are really tiny, so it is hard to squeeze in, especially when people drive huge trucks and take up some of the second parking. The room we stayed at, 219, needs a new bed. We were sinking into the bed because it’s so old. We did enjoy the jacuzzi tub in the room but the cold nobs are too close to the water faucet and my husband cut his finger when he tried to open it. Over all this is a good place to stay, especially if you have kids, they have a decent size pool that kids enjoy. If you enjoy silence this might not be the place for you. The walls are thin and you can hear the upstairs people walking around. 3/5 for me.
