All the basic necessities were covered. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and the staff were friendly, professional and helpful.
I visited the Lincoln city Comfort in, room 219. I enjoyed the closeness to the beach and shopping center/ depot bay. The room was very clean. The things I did not like were the following: the parking spaces are really tiny, so it is hard to squeeze in, especially when people drive huge trucks and take up some of the second parking. The room we stayed at, 219, needs a new bed. We were sinking into the bed because it’s so old. We did enjoy the jacuzzi tub in the room but the cold nobs are too close to the water faucet and my husband cut his finger when he tried to open it. Over all this is a good place to stay, especially if you have kids, they have a decent size pool that kids enjoy. If you enjoy silence this might not be the place for you. The walls are thin and you can hear the upstairs people walking around. 3/5 for me.
Friendly service and the breakfast was helpful.
Looked nice from outside. Unfortunately there was sand in the hot tub, and the breakfast was awful (powdered eggs are not breakfast). Room was nice.

I would have liked to have view of OCEAN side, BUT given that I'd get the street noise too based on location of the hotel.
It'd be nice to be able to access from outside the CARDED doors after taking doggy out but nope they did not work so came into hotel at main entrance to then ride elevator to room floor...hmmm

Hello. My experience with Comfort Inn and Suites in Lincoln City was absolutely gorgeous. I stayed last Saturday January 24,2026 with my daughter. Check in was easy and quick with welcoming lemon water, taffy candy and fresh cookies at front desk. Room size is huge, two queen beds, cozy sofa, big TV, big mirror, fresh smells in room, linen and towels . Fantastic view to the ocean from my balcony. Enjoyable time in pool and jacuzzi. Complimentary breakfast was very yam: Belgian waffles with choice of syrup, omelette, sausages, fried potatoes, muffins, boiled eggs, butter, cream cheese, yogurt, juices, coffee. Perfect location with short 5 minutes walking distance to restaurant, beach, small stores. Very good price- quality ratio. Definitely will stay again.

The location was easy access to the beach, not to far from the city & food! Nice parking , the breakfast was amazing and the service from all the workers was terrific!! Would love to stay here again
I got a pet friendly room thinking the price was including just for them to tell me it would bean additional 25$ a day for my dog to stay with me when I thought the prices were all included .. they should add the full price
They had a nice breakfast with many options
The latch on the sliding glass door was broken which caused me to worry for my safety. Since the property takes a credit card in advance for any damages, I would think they should have discovered and repaired this before renting out the room.
