Shower, bed comfort, room size,sofa, fireplace, hvac cycled on/off without running constantly

Cons:

Fireplace runs about 10 minutes and shuts off. Noisey trucks outside door early am.

Very filthy room.

The room was nasty , we got in around 11pm we both had work to do on our laptops so we only used the restroom sink when we came in My husband notices the tub was so dirty and full of dried up soap. But it was late so we decided just to clean it because we always bring cleaning items. Around 12:30 we pulled the covers back and OMG the bed smelled like sweat it was so nasty. Then my husband went to use the restroom and there was feces on the toilet. So we went to the front desk she didn’t offer us another room she just checked us out. So at 1:30 am we had to go find another room. The hotel refused a refund when booking .com contacted them. This is not OK that they expect someone to sleep in this filthy room.

Had to stay around my room to keep staff from entering with my personal belongs

I didn’t like the fact that they said at check in they weren’t responsible for lost or stolen items but then let staff in my room 7 hours after I checked in! No do not disturb sign no don’t need housekeeping sign nothing! I’ve worked at many hotels and if you stay more than one night we don’t go in your rooms with guest personal belongs in there unless we were asked to by guest! This is the main reason I will never stay here again!

I would like to the thank the man that was there Saturday at 3:00am to help me he really did his big one and I am very very grateful for him & to the young lady who help around like 9:00am thanks yew so much it was my son bday and I had rough time with the people I book from at first but when I came to this spot and told them what happen they bless me

Having a clean and wonderful breakfast every morning was just amazing. Everything you would want plus coffee. Free with your room. The room was clean and everything worked, was very nice. The cleaning staff was great, and the staff in front office (Damion)

Our stay was awesome, would'n change a thing, so thank you Quality Inn at Dollywood lane for an amazing stay.

People next door smoking on the balcony. Cigarette smoke came into our room thru the wall air system. My daughter and i are very allergic to cigarette smoke. Asked for refund because we were only there 2 hours. They said no refund.

Enjoyable, relaxing, quiet my home family enjoyed it
Pros:

Cleanliness of the rooms and the property and much friendly staff. We had a great time close to everything that we wanted to do and see gorgeous pool very nice wood visit the hotel again I would stay there again. We absolutely enjoyed having the breakfast every morning.

Cons:

If I had to say one thing bad about the property is they have water and pot machines the water machines need to be filled all the time but besides that everything was great
