It was a nice getaway and very friendly for 18 years olds looking to book a hotel in pigeon forge.
Pros:

The rooms were very nice modern and clean and the room service was amazing.Also the breakfast was amazing10/10.

Cons:

Not staying longer 😂

It wasn’t a horrible stay, however some things could definitely be worked on..
Pros:

Loved the pool area and the location was great

Cons:

Room keys would randomly stop working so went 4-5 times to have them reset.
The staff were very rude.
They charged me more than what I should have paid through booking…
Ac didn’t work in my mother in laws room.

If you go during peak season I’d recommend staying somewhere in the middle of the main strip, so everything is walkable.
Pros:

Very clean. Right on the Main Street. Walkable to many restaurants. But not walkable to shops. The pool has a splash pad for little ones. We paid $90 through booking.com. This was the middle of July. Which is peak season.

Cons:

One thing I personally don’t care for in most hotel/ motels is the sink is not in the actual bathroom.

It was nice
Pros:

The grandkids love the pool outside they was swimming morning then night it was great to have bottom floor for me was very nice the breakfast was also opened at the right time

Cons:

Four people in one room one roll of bathroom paper then we went to get more at the front desk and they only give you one roll and we stayed five days

Nice location, but not the best of night sleep and location of room,

Excellent Breakfast

Cons:

Air Conditioner was loud and disruptive; it made for a rough night's sleep. We were placed on the third floor and all the way on the end. Apparently, they don't think much of folks who book through a third party. Pool was not heated and was cold.

beds were very uncomfortable. My whole family woke up every morning with lower back pain. Was hard to fall asleep and stay asleep due to the beds being so uncomfortable.
