Pros:

First time staying at this location, the breakfast went well beyond our expectations , the cleanness of the room was excellent housekeeping was very quick getting our room clean and refurnish with towels.

Cons:

Nothing at all . We were well pleased ! Excellent location ! Loved everything about this hotel .

Our towels and wash rags were not replaced and the trash was left when we put it at the receptacle the only thing that was done were the beds being made. The beds had horrible sleep quality

Room was clean, the pool area was always clean and taken care of.
i would see them every morning out there leaf blowing and making sure towels were out there and that the pool was skimmed.

Cons:

I had an awkward experience with the front desk staff. I asked about early check-in and was met with a long silence before being told it wasn’t available and to come back later. The interaction felt cold and unprofessional. Even if early check-in isn’t offered, a more polite and helpful response would go a long way

I’d go back if visiting Pigeon Forge again.

Best value and clean.

Cons:

Pillows sucked. Bedding low quality. The windows above the bed in 301 need shades because at night a property across the way can view right into the room.

I loved the convenience to everything and how clean the facility was. The staff was super nice and helpful.

Cons:

The only thing we didn't care for was how many people were smoking pot in the parking lot and on the balcony. Our truck reeked inside from it by the time we left.
