Time for a revamp being so close to the airport

My experience was great because of the location where I had to go was close enough
Most of the staff was nice and patient. Breakfast was good with the waffles. Loved our room!
Pool had missing tiles and the chemicals were STRONG! There was only one option for meat - sausage. I’m a bacon girl but it’s fine. Only 2 flavors of yogurt- peach and red raspberry, is that normal? Idk. When we checked in the night we got in to Dallas, the chick at the front desk wasn’t the most patient or friendliest, but everyone after her was.
On the night before we left, I had asked housekeeping if I could get 2 towels- because housekeeping never came by, and the person told me no. I said okayyyy well can I get one? And she handed me a towel… that was odd. Should I have asked front desk instead? Idk. Hotel is outdated for sure. Oh! There was water on the floor in the fitness center and just seemed like an after thought. But once a guest let staff know about the water, they did handle the issue efficiently.

Nothing much to moan about. Shower was a bit naff but it was a low price hotel.
朝食は比較的充実していました。冷蔵庫もついていてよく冷えました。水やコーヒーが無料で頂けるのはありがたいサービスでした。空港までの送迎もありがたいですが、特にホテルから空港への移動は一つのターミナルにしか送ってくれないので、ターミナル間移動の時間を考慮した空港到着を考慮する必要があります。
最終的に別の部屋が空いていたので交換してくれましたが、オートロックの電池が切れていて扉の鍵が閉まらなかったり、部屋の中の目立つところに虫の死骸があったりして、部屋のチェックがされていないように感じました。
