el desayuno lo sirven demasiado temprano, si las personas llegan a un hotel normalmente es de vacaciones, y levantarse temprano en vacaciones, no es aplicable!

Cons:

que habia mal olor en el hotel, me avisaron el mismo dia que llegaba que la piscina no estaba habilitaba

Horrible experience
Pros:

I left some belongings in my room later contacted the staff and was told it’s not their responsibility to return items or report them in lost and found . I’ll be filing a police report if management dosent contact me back and will further my complaint also contacting corporate of the staff lack of effort in showing any compassion towards my frustration regarding this matter. Basically was told to screw myself and the management in the morning will not further investigate any left belongings.

Terrible hotel overall don’t feel good about my stay .

Do not stay here
Pros:

The only thing good about this property is that it was close to the Warren Performing Arts Center.

Cons:

Very run down. Everything was dirty. Stains on the sheets, some sort of substance on the headboard, cracked window, weird spots on the ceilings, claims to be smoke free but it reaked of cigarettes and weed. I wish I would’ve taken more pictures. Other people staying in the facility were extremely loud. VERY sketchy people just hanging the outside… some guy literally chucked a twisted tea at a car. Some lady knocked on our door at 1:30am. Just an overall poor experience. Customer service was literally doing the least. Barely spoke and didn’t want to give me my receipt. Pool shut down as well. Pictures listed are VERY misleading.

Worst hotel experience ever
Pros:

Absolutely nothing. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Cons:

The room was disgusting. It had cigarettes in the bed and food stains. The floors looked they’ve never been swept before. Ask for a refund and was told I would get one.. now they are saying I can not even tho we left the hotel and didn’t even use the beds.

There was roaches in the hotel lobby
The pool was closed
On the hotel website it says there’s breakfast included
The person at the front desk said they no longer serve breakfast and they said that it was permanently

Just decent.
Pros:

Proximity to Library

Toilets backed up numerous times.
Breakfast was scarce.
Pool was closed.
There was a definite smell of drugs in the hallways and stairs with an air freshener to cover the smell.
