It’s close by everything and my family
The tub needs improvement and the bed looks not steady

Room was dirty, windows dirty, ripped curtains, heavy smoke smell...they tried to spray room with air freshener. We both have asthma, cap machine. They would not refund money, had to go thru Booking for refund. I purchased travel protection. I should have taken pictures, but late in day. Restated at another hotel nearby.
Not much, I guess the ease of booking with them but that was about it.
It was dirty, my room reeked of marijuana, the sheets had huge stains, the Kleenex holder was falling off the wall, the smoke detector wasn’t attached to the ceiling, there were ashes on the ice container tray from the precious people, the bathroom door handle looked like it had been broken into previously. It was overall a mess and I almost left and demanded my money back but it was 1AM and I’d been driving all day.

This hotel stay was disappointing to say the least. First of all they don’t tell you that while they are pet friendly they do require a $20 a day deposit for the pet more I’m assuming based off of weight gender and breed because these were questions I got asked. We were given keys that we regularly had to go get fixed because they kept not putting in the correct checkout date. Also if you work thirds or want to sleep in go somewhere else because housekeeping will knock on your door between 9-10 if you don’t answer they WILL walk into your room. You have to ask for the staff to unlock the pool as your key does not grant you access. Lastly just go get breakfast from a food place. Breakfast is between 6-9 you cannot take it with you and the selection of food is very small. I appreciate having somewhere to be while my child is in the nicu but I was a little disappointed.

It was right next door to the Fairfield Marriott where we ended up staying
It smelled stinky and musty it was dirt. We left immediately.
The breakfast was good, the attendant was good about refilling when the food was empty. The room and location were perfect for our after the concert stay.
We did not like the metal around the bottom of the bed. We kept slamming into it, and heard other rooms hitting it too. 😑
