Cons:

Jacuzzi tub was patched didn’t match and was rough at the bottom and dirty toilet seat was about to fall off. Shower was dirty. bed sheet bells were starched enough made us itch all night.

All and all, great staff and a good stay.
Pros:

Great location, easy access to get where we needed to go.

Cons:

Like everyone has said the elevator is kinda sketchy. Big carpet rolls were randomly stored in the main floor hallways.

Location was perfect and the staff was super friendly.

Cons:

The smell was atrocious, stale cigarettes and marijuana. Bed sheets had a hard stain that was very disconcerting

It was very nice , breakfast was great! Just wish I would have had the view that was advertised.

I booked a room with a view of the river , there was not a view, it was just trees. It should not be advertised as a view.

Horrible experience. Guy at the desk was great. But horrible experience
Cons:

The people next to me were playing music all night really loud. The bass kept me up. 4 am and still playing super loud music. Told the desk but nothing happened. Room 320 something, they had a big dog that wouldn't stop barking all night and another room has their dog out in the hallway. Lose. It knocked my sub sandwich down out of my hands when it jumped on me. I was very upset. Only way I'd give it another chance is if best Western comped me a couple nights. Horrible experience would have rather slept in my truck.

Cons:

When we opened up the door to our room, we were greeted with a strong, unpleasant musty smell. I also paid extra for a room with a "river view." There was no view of the river, it was a view of a wall of overgrown trees/plants. You should take that 'river view' option off of the website. I would not stay here again.

Without changes above would not stay again.
Pros:

Location good. Most staff were friendly.

Cons:

It’s getting very warn. Recommend decent sheets and towels. And pillow cases that actually fit the pillows. I found that the biggest worry. It was clean, just getting old.
