Cons:

Old, dirty and dated. Pictures on site are not updated. Facility was very dirty. Main floors were dirty and never vacuumed or mopped. People live in the facility and were obviously up to illegal activities. Pillows were old, not clean and the cheapest pillow you can buy at Walmart. Sheets had cigarette burns on them. You get 1 sheet and 1 thin “blanket” on each bed. Breakfast consisted of coffee 2 types of stale cereal and toast, nothing that was shown in the pictures. Homeless people coming in and out of hotel all the time. Front door was always propped open and anyone could come and go. We left a day early because there was a couple fighting for hours in the room next to us and when I mentioned it to the front desk staff they said it happens in that room all the time (the people live in that room). Felt very unsafe and just took the loss in money.

Mcdonalds and Starbucks nearby. Apparently, this is a halfway house for recently released prisoners. Not recommended for families.
