Excellent 5stars
Pros:

This place is very nice and clean with great amenities and is close to great restaurants. Good, well lit parking and in a great neighborhood. Rahul the manager is super friendly and accommodating. He offered our family a group rate for the multiple rooms for an undetermined amount of time, he allowed us to hold our rooms from day to day while we were in town for an unexpected family emergency. We highly recommend you stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

It was clean, safe and easily accessible

It was clean and seemed very safe

Cons:

The beds were not the most comfortable but they weren’t the worst I’ve slept on. I wouldn’t want to sleep on it long term though.

"BEST" Western and BEST is correct!
Pros:

I THANK the kind and professional staff for an excellent stay.
The receptionist was very caring and concerned about the reason for our stay in Little Rock. She wasn't meddling; only showing genuine care.
The food, the layout, and cleanliness of the dining room was an 11 out of 10.
The room and provisions were more than satisfactory.
I would recommend this Best Western to anyone.

The front desk staff is so nice and helpful. They are helpful with anything you need at the hotel as well as recommendations for restaurants, etc. in the area. Check-in and check-out is super easy. The hotel is in am excellent location, close to everything you need. You can quickly drive to stores, restaurants, medical appts,etc. The hotel is extremely clean with nice amenities. Breakfast is great! The room is clean, comfortable, and with nice sitting area. This is my favorite hotel in Little Rock.

The beds were comfortable the hotel was clean and it was very close to different restaurants which was nice staff are very friendly and welcoming definitely would stay there again

Worst hotel experience ever
Pros:

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. We were supposed to be in our room for 3 nights. Our room on the 2nd floor was right beside the stairwell, and since the Shackleford Best Western is located next to a Twin Peaks establishment, the noisy drunks banged up and down the stairwell all night. I understand that a hotel is not responsible for the behavior of it's guests, but the management definitely could have responded to our request for a new room for no extra cost. Instead they told us to rebook through Expedia for $20 extra a night. And I say 'bad form' Best Western management..
