Otherwise I will definitely vacation there
Pros:

The manager at front desk was so helpful and professional as well as welcoming

Cons:

I wish they had their own food service. My daughter in law order chicken that had feathers the delivery guy keep her change from the $100 .

Except for the 2 AM music, the stay at the best Western was above average.
Pros:

Breakfast was quite good and was located about 20 feet from our room. Rooms were spacious except for a tight bathroom..

Cons:

My neighbor insisted on playing music at 2 AM. I called the front desk, but that did not resolve the problem and I had to call again about 3 AM. The music then stopped.

Pros:

Close to the outlets

Cons:

Room key only worked sometimes. No fireplace in room, even though I was told there was one. Heated pool was not very heated, couldn’t go swimming. Received a noise complaint at 9 PM that our television was too loud. Turned it down, got another call at 10 stating the same, so the rooms are not soundproof.

Not worth the rate, was higher on ratings to book the stay but very disappointed.
Pros:

The location close to main attractions.

Cons:

The room was not clean, smelled of cigarette smoke and the bed was not comfortable. The bathroom was not clean, toilet seat had a cigarette burn on it with urine under the seat upon entering the bathroom. Got the room for the jetted tub which the jets were filthy brown. Not worth the $300+ rate for the room! Pillows were ok.

The stay was fine except for the mishaps with the card key and a poor interaction with an employee.

The room was nice. The decor was nice. The building from the outside and lighting was attractive.

Cons:

We had a problem with the electronic card key to the lock of our door. We had difficulty getting back inside our room. So, I went to the front desk in the lobby where there was nobody available to help me. I waited at the desk for about 15 minutes attempting to get someone's attention. I then decided to open and enter the employee section to see if I could get someone's attention. A young male employee finally stepped outside of a bathroom and addressed me, But I did not like the way he spoke to me in a whining manner of how he was using the bathroom and how I was not suppose to be in the employee section. The employee should be more understanding and address the customers in a more apologetic manner and be a bit more understanding of why I entered the employee section.
