Pros:

I like the staff, location,breakfast and cleaniliness.

Cons:

There was a blackout for over an hour. And no body updated us or comp us for the inconvience.

We enjoyed our stay because all the attractions are close bye.

Breakfast was decent

Cons:

There is no washer/dryer hook up. We went to the pool and had to AIR dry our swim suits. My 3 year old seen a roach in the restroom near the pool ! It was his first time ever seeing a roach… They didn’t have cups near the coffee machine at the lobby. When I asked a house keeper for one SHE didn’t even have any. Front desk man said something about it being on Back Order.

Convenient location to Camelback where we bought day passes

Cons:

The "clean" towels smelled like cigarettes. When I presented this to the gentleman at the counter, he said he was out of towels (WTF?) and he literally said, nonchalantly, "I don't know what to say about that." How about talking to your staff about hygiene, especially when cleaning linens?! The pool had weird brown things on the bottom (I know, I'm pretending it's not what you're thinking) and my kids refused to swim in there. My kids are part fish, and they wouldn't go in the pool! The bathroom is tiny. If you're planning on eating in the room, I hope you like standing and holding your plates because otherwise, you have like a 4 inch section of table to share. The staff is obviously overwhelmed and they have one poor lady running the tiny breakfast area. I thought she was going to explode. I left a nice tip in the jar for her because it's unacceptable to have one person running a breakfast for umpteen guests every morning. I am appalled and will never return to this Best Western. I have stayed at other BW hotels because the price is fair, they have pools, they offer hot breakfasts, and they have always been clean. This one was not up to standards. I felt gross the whole time I was there.
