Crazy Unhinged Manager
Pros:

They notified us that the fire marshal needed everyone to leave due to them failing their fire suppression safety test. They didn’t notify us at all until my boyfriend walked in after work at 7:30 pm. They offered vouchers to two other marriott hotels but we did not need them. Then, the manager had a customer talking very calmly to her and she started screaming and cursing at the top of her lungs and slamming doors. She genuinely seemed unstable and the guest was only asking her simple questions. It was absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I’ve never seen a grown woman scream like that before.

They were rude and disrespectful
Pros:

The rooms were nice but the hanged our room type

Cons:

They threw us out at 10 pm over the card I had for incidentials they made me check out and in each day some employees accepted Venmo for incidentials some did not there was a discrepancy with reservation and they made me pack and leave with my son who had school the next day at 10 pm

Pros:

The kitchen facilities were useful. The King suite was very spacious and comfortable. Location of the hotel was excellent.

Cons:

Some items were missing in my room - Flatware, scrub for dishes, some extra mugs and plates, smaller pots.
