The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed ourselves. Great location for things to do.
Charging for parking, I get it when a hotel is downtown and parking is very limited, but there is plenty of parking around the hotel. So that feels like a scam.

The staff was excellent. The property is old and worn. The shower floor was cracked and everything had an old feel to it. Very loud AC as well.
Cheryl at the front desk was amazing. She really tried to make everything right for us. Like the kitchenettes and full sized fridge. Rooms where clean. Close to mall.
Breakfast was okay, pretty much the same thing everyday and it seemed like it was heated up and served. News channel plays during breakfast, got to hear all about the latest tragedies and murders. Shower didn't drain, toilets had hard time flushing.

Should have been offered a refund. A/c was not working. Extremely load sounds with no available resources or accommodations available to help was unable to sleep or rest the entire trip because of the conditions

Room was too noisy and when i complained about it they said we cannot do anything. Cleaning did not happened properly and fire alarm was ringing many times. It was really annoying and too much disturbing.
Overall my stay was too bad and i wouldn’t recommend it for anyone.
